The employees here are great and they are just doing their best but the entire franchise is going downhill fast. I give lots of stars, regardless of my negative video posting, because the employees there are wonderful and I've known them all for years. I don't look down on them for where they choose to work and the crap food that they serve because it is what it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the easiest place to roll into but they are at least compliant enough to make it happen. You might want somebody pushing you in to help.
Messed up my order. Ordered a 6pc mcnugget, medium fry, and a double cheeseburger only to receive a medium fry and two 6pc mcnuggets. Ordered on the app, says to go to the store for a refund.

The store is clean usually. The service is absolutely awful. We only go to this location when we're headed into downtown. It doesn't matter if there are cars wrapped around the building or no one in line in the drive-thru. Your order will always ALWAYS take at least 10 minutes, even when you pre-ordermthru the app. Last night, we ordered when we were about 5 minutes out. I got a notification that my order was ready within about 2 minutes. When I walked in to get my order that should have been sitting there for just short of 5 minutes, wasn't ready. We waited 10 minutes for the order to come up. In that time, we were asked 3 times by 3 different people if we had a mobile order. We were the only people in the dining room. There were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. They park everyone in the drive-thru and run orders out. You can see all the sticker orders lines up on the prep station because they clear their orders to make their time stats look good. Which, there's at least 6 workers there at any given time, so if they didn't clear their orders, they should still have good time stats. It's just a very frustrating establishment. Most people you see leave are leaving angry.
My feedback would be to have more than 4 people working on a Saturday night and to pay attention to detail. We ordered for a family of 5 inside the restaurant. After ordering on the machine we waited 25 minutes for our food. During that time 4 people came in from the drive through missing items from their order. When our order came up it was missing items as well. With only 4 people working the focus was on the drive through so no one was helping people in the restaurant. You had to walk behind the counter to get anyone’s attention. After we drove away we noticed that 3 of the 5 burgers were made incorrectly.

I hadn't eaten in a bit, and was thinking as to where to go. Then a notification popped up for the $5 deal and then I could use my app to order, and my food would be ready, when I pull up to the drive through, and give them my code, and I am back on the road. Easy peezy!! Just make sure that if you go into the dining room, that the kiosk, is working before you start your order.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play place, and big enough to have a birthday party.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots by the drive through exit, and around the front of the store. Also there are wheelchair ramps on both sides of the entrances.

Came to the drive-thru at 11:40, only to be ignored by the people still on shift. Even though they didn't close for another 19 minutes, nobody thought it was necessary to take my order. The staff just straight up ignored me, even as I drove by the pickup window, made eye contact with somebody. Rude.
