All the orders i get from this place are always missing items or being cancelled. The staff are lazy and dirty wont be surprised if it gets shut down.

Waited 15 minutes in car for a drive through order then got ignored for another 5 minutes when I went to find out my order was lost.
I Appreciate the hassle free refund at least from the manager. But didn’t even take the sandwich offered since I didn’t have time to eat it anymore (or wait longer for them to make it).

They always sell basic but as promised. Fast food, something i noticed is that their places are very clean inside and most of them are not even used. In terms of their chais, tables etc. Its very professional to hace nice amenities even when you don't need them

I visit several times a week because it’s on the way to work and the employees are usually kind to me. Today I ordered a Red Bull from the new CosMc’s menu. I like to have that drink later in my work day during a long shift. Today it was served to me in a cup. Why did you open the can to waste more plastic by just putting it in a cup? It makes me think I’m not getting the full value of what I paid for. Feel free to reach out to rectify this. I probably won’t order it again.

I’ve given this location multiples tries, every time I wait 10+ minutes for my food at the drive through, today I tried ordering off the app beforehand for 3 drinks no food just drinks and I was told to wait in the drive thru parking space it’s been 10 minutes already. They are slow rude and disorganized every time I come

This is the only McDonald's that will park me for a SODA. Absolutely ridiculous.
Maxella the manager , had a hard time letting me order with her, insisting I order at the kiosk, I explained i can't add stuff on the kiosk that I wanted. After I told her this and made my order, I hear them talking Spanish and messing with my food and laughing, like if it's a joke to serve someone food they just paid for with disrespect. So I ask for a refund back, and the refund still hasn't came to my account. Thanks for a crappy experience never coming to this McDonald's again. Who wants to order food and have the people making you're food making it gross. No thanks, people like this shouldn't be in charge of anything, let alone a restaurant.

This MD is absolutely terrible, I have lived by it for 10+ yrs and have never had a good experience. Food is old and stale. Recently ordered a chocolate milkshake and was handed vanilla with a few drops of chocolate in it, so dissapointing. When I said something to the lady, she had an attitude. Go to ANY other MD, it will be worth the drive. The 1 on Fed/Evans is WAY better!
