This McDonald's has been around for as long as I can remember. I have vivid memories of pulling through the drive-thru as a kid, excited to get my Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and see which toy I’d get. That simple experience was always something to look forward to—and even now, it brings back a wave of good memories every time I visit. The service is friendly, the food is consistent, and the sense of nostalgia makes it more than just a quick stop—it’s a part of growing up.

The employees here are great and they are just doing their best but the entire franchise is going downhill fast. I give lots of stars, regardless of my negative video posting, because the employees there are wonderful and I've known them all for years. I don't look down on them for where they choose to work and the crap food that they serve because it is what it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the easiest place to roll into but they are at least compliant enough to make it happen. You might want somebody pushing you in to help.
Messed up my order. Ordered a 6pc mcnugget, medium fry, and a double cheeseburger only to receive a medium fry and two 6pc mcnuggets. Ordered on the app, says to go to the store for a refund.

I got a WHOLE lot more than extra mayo and some of my sandwiches had barely any lettuce

The store is clean usually. The service is absolutely awful. We only go to this location when we're headed into downtown. It doesn't matter if there are cars wrapped around the building or no one in line in the drive-thru. Your order will always ALWAYS take at least 10 minutes, even when you pre-ordermthru the app. Last night, we ordered when we were about 5 minutes out. I got a notification that my order was ready within about 2 minutes. When I walked in to get my order that should have been sitting there for just short of 5 minutes, wasn't ready. We waited 10 minutes for the order to come up. In that time, we were asked 3 times by 3 different people if we had a mobile order. We were the only people in the dining room. There were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. They park everyone in the drive-thru and run orders out. You can see all the sticker orders lines up on the prep station because they clear their orders to make their time stats look good. Which, there's at least 6 workers there at any given time, so if they didn't clear their orders, they should still have good time stats. It's just a very frustrating establishment. Most people you see leave are leaving angry.
