They usually are speedy and courteous but check your soda flavor and requested food. I'm allergic to dairy so I always sans the cheese and they've put cheese on my sandwich thrice and I get regular coke and have been handed diet...so just double check before you leave

Fries were cold, one can't get a refill of water in same cup. Employee must get a whole new cup, if one wants more water - how ridiculously wasteful!

Won't be coming back. I'm from Colorado, but moved to Missouri and not once we were told to use the kiosk in Missouri. That was so disappointing to see that in my old state.

The employee refused to take my order at the register. She said, “The register is only for cash.” That is awful. I will not use a kiosk for my orders. I demand human interaction, because soon, there will be no jobs for humans trying to make a living. McDonald’s certainly won’t be reducing their prices once it’s all machine based. Demand human service.
