Unfortunately, I had to wait for 10 minutes to realize no one was coming to the front counter so I ordered at the kiosk, then proceeded to wait for another 20 for them to bring out the wrong order, and another 20 for me to approach the counter again to realize that my food had been given to someone else so my meal wasn't even being made. The manager was very apologetic and replaced my order, but it was the wrong items again. In the end, I got what I wanted, but almost 1 hour later.

Cook follows details! Tables and chairs uncleaned. Dog inside restaurant with three females awaiting order yet across parking lot King Soopers has sign at door stating NO DOGS per State Law.
There is only one person that can even remotely speak English at this location and she doesn’t take orders. It’s highly frustrating to have your order messed up on a regular basis, and to have no way to communicate the issue to them..

I had ordered a big mac and 2 double quarter pounders through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was super rude and rushing me. Due to her rushing attitude she made a mistake on my order and charged me double for her mistake and took nearly 35 minutes to get my order.
