McDonald's most of the McDonald's down in Aurora have a very poor service and they have attitude problems to customers I'm a delivery deliverer and they just take their time and don't act like they're working in like other people didn't pay for their food already and just very pro service

The drive through person was rude at the windows for pick up she didn't even give out hot food then when asking for fresh food she states ro ask for it in drive through over the inner come she didn't hear us correctly cause we said fresh and yall thought yalll was gone give us cold food yall need better workers because that Lil girl just don't kno how ncdinalds work isn't the food suppose to be hot and ready...

Showed up in full spent after 11 hours of legitimate challenging manual labor baking under nature's crispy on the outside, pieced out and fried hard like a precooked holiday hamm you missed where it says they already took care of that and pulled a giant first piece of ham jerky without an edible bite to share to make the pain of embarrassment and letdown a bit less horrible anywhere on the table. Just as out of gas in the tank to even get to the station under the cars own power. Came up short with the cost by 25% and the guy working the drive through cuffed me the dough I was short and didn't make it weird even a little. Food was good too.

When u ask if somethings in the bag and they say they put extra come to find out they didn't even put it in there is the worst and the people that work the windows are the rudest people I've ever seen if you don't like your job find new one people gonna get tired of it and will go some where else

I asked for the pin code for the restroom, they told me that the restroom is only for employees. This is complete nonsense, I am a client, not a homeless person, and I had an order.
I have consistently visited this McDonald’s location for many years. The management and staff are great and service is excellent. My online order for dining in is always correct which I appreciate. Sometimes they have to deal with some difficult customers but handle those situations as well as can be expected. Nice job Colfax/Krameria! Thank you

I’ve asked for the same coffee everyday for four days. Each time someone different took my order. Each time my order was incorrect. It’s literally one item.
Second Review: I asked for coffee plain. I brought my own cream and sugar to avoid the frustration repeating myself over and over and getting my order wrong. They gave me iced coffee. Who is hiring these guys?
