The guy that worked the drive thru window tonight a heavy set Mexican guy was extremely rude because I just got water for my children. And told me in his rudness that there was a 7 eleven up the block. And that they had free water. He definitely shouldn't be working drive-thru or with people! It's not my fault he works at McDonald's at his age!

I've had 2 friends, both girls that like going to this restaurant. Girl #1 was a big fan of the fries and girl #2 likes the fish fillet sandwiches, she says that these don't make her feel ill, a lot of burgers do these days.Girl #1 liked her fries "fresh" and would order them that way(She said that was a guarantee of theirs) Sometimes we'd have to wait a couple extra minutes but she got them "fresh".Everyone knows those are the best fries in the world!

Prices just keep going up, and yet they employ less people than in years past. I mean why does it cost more, when they dont even want to pay someone to take my order. Order kiosks are rude, unfriendly and cheaper than a order taker. Yet the dollar menu is now $3 and change, no longer a bargain. U should be a shamed!

They make every car pull around and park to wait for food so their drive through times are faster. They should not be sacrificing actual customer service for implied customer service to appeal to corporate. I waited 15minutes

I learned that you have to ask for fresh fries unless you want the ones that have been sitting under the light.
Avoid this one if you value your time. This particular McDonald's on Quebec just south of Smith Rd. seems to be so overwhelmed by pissed off food delivery drivers clambering to get their orders, that team Ronalds Rejects seem to have learned to steady, not give a shize shizle about anyone's time or money.I can appreciate that drivers make bank on being fast like "FastRandy" and getting their customers' food delivered to them FAST. If they don't, it's hard to make money on tips. Staff at this place could care less.Fast isnt on the agenda at this fast food farce. I personally spent 21 minutes after placing my order at the kiosk inside, before receiving my flat coke, cold fries, and janky mcdouble. Nuggets were good.Ron's-Re's nailed 1 item outta 4 attempts???.WEAK TEAM BADADADABADBAD REALLY BAD! Save time to go somewhere else, I know I will next time.
