Years ago this used to be one of the best McDonald's in the Denver area, however, now this has gone totally downhill. Their management appears to be very incompetent, their bathrooms never have soap or sanitizer and it makes me wonder who is handling my food. The printers on their kiosk don't work and their staff is just in their own world. Avoid this location if you can, and thank me later

Ordered on the app, and we arrived promptly probably right as the order was finished cooking. I love McDonald’s and have of course eaten it since I was a child.
I normally don’t get this but I keep hearing the quarter pounder is a fresh patty burger unlike anything else on their menu. I’ve had it before and of course it’s always been pretty.
I’ve single handedly had the best quarter pounder and possibly McDonald’s burger in general ever tonight at this location. It was fresh, still hot, and all of the toppings were perfect.

The guy on the speaker n drive thru told me to order when ready. Well i started ordering and didnt hear anything from him for 7 minutes more. I kept saying hello, are you there and received no response for 7 minutes finally he answered took my order i got to the 1st window to pay, paid at the 2nd window is when i noticed the order taker didnt enter my order into the register correctly at all ,i had to ask the employee at the 2nd window for What was missing out of my order and the old man gave me attitude bout fixing my order and made it seem like it was my fault but in actuality the order taker repeated my order back to me over the speaker correctly just didn't enter it that way into the register.

It’s on Colorado Blvd, so there are a lot of vagrants, but the dining area is usually pretty clean and the food seems fresh. I like hitting this place up before I gotta get stuff done in the area (all the big stores are nearby).

This is my all the time up the street from me McDonald's I got there very often..last week I went got x3 meals and they forgot x2 sandwiches before I noticed I gave the guy at the window a $15 dollar tip because he's always so nice to notice that. Today I go up got x4 meals one with a small fry (5$ meal) and x3 with large drink/fri. Get home and only had the small so I went right back up there and he would not give me my fries or my money back. Argued with me threw my friends money at her and said he will not so he said he will call police so I called them also he ended up trespassing me but I got my fries though lol but to do this to a loyal customer who frequently buys is crazy be careful with orders because he acts like the food is coming from his own fridge..just who comes just so I can double fries is absolutely insane..they also allow family and friends and was hugging and talking to them instead of helping the actual customer and thats probably why my order wasnt correct just saying..

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 drinks. Barely order the first drink before being interrupted “anything else” started ordering the second drink and again same thing. Pick up the drinks and wrong size on but it was bigger. Asked for sweet tea and got regular. Went back in and asked for it to be fixed. Got the drink headed out the door and took a sip and regular again. I went back to the counter and told them. They had to make the sweet tea. Got back in the car and started driving off and tasted my reg coke, FING diet! Simple order but a mess to accomplish.

Worsts service EVER she was so “busy” that she couldn’t take my order! This lady in yellow got so annoyed that I even walked in ! Asked for the bathroom code and she literally threw the door. Told me to order on the kiosk ! Like can you not do your job and give me a soda and cookies ?

What's sad is, I used to be a first assistant manager at McDonalds in my 20s. Ever since COVID McDonalds has gone downhill fast. The food is chronically stale, the workers are unusually frustrated, and the managers don't care about how the lobby looks, if people are greeted or not they just expect you to use the touch screens. They don't want to interact with people and are perturbed when they have to. I watched an old man stand there for 40 minutes to be treated rudely by both out of uniform order taker and the manager. Do better McDonalds.

Hands down worst customer service, most of the employees have no clue what they are doing, for how busy they are you'd think they would be a little more prompt in service but no every employee lost and lazy.. don't come here if you're looking fresh fries or prompt service. Go somewhere else
