Food is generally prepared well and the employees are pleasant. But too often entire entrees go missing from the orders. Used to be the only McAdoo's of the four within range that consistently got the orders right, but that's no longer the case.

Arrived at the ordering box around 11:50 PM on 11/19, and spoke with the guy on headset and told him we have a mobile order and give him the code. He said that we placed it at the wrong store and we told him no thats incorrect, and repeated the location on the order details. He proceeded to say that it was our fault and he cant do anything as it must be with the payment (which already went through). We pulled up to the window and was met by the guy on headset and what appeared to be a the manager who is an older Hispanic guy. He( manager )also said it was our fault , even after we showed him the app and everything. He said we cant do anything, and i said its okay we can just cancel the order and place one with you here and pay for it. And he proceeded to say no they cant do that because its not on them and that we messed up and its wrong with the app. Confused by this I restated , we will cancel the order online place the order with you and pay. To which he replied oh no its your fault and we still cant do that as it messes up the kitchen. Once again confused to the response, I asked him if he spoke Spanish in Spanish as I am Latino and could understand the accent he had and thought it was a language barrier, and he just proceeded to once again say no I dont and we cant help you with your order. At this point I said the exact same thing as I said before in English but now I’m Spanish about canceling the order and just placing it in person and paying and he said I dont understand Spanish we cant help you. At this point and extremely frustrated by the multiple attempts of trying to get simply get my food and was basically about to double pay, I said you know what forget it, to which this response blew my mind and made me realize that this man is just unprofessional and doesnt want to do his job, he said in Spanish fluently have a good night may god bless you and smiled and laughed. Never have I experienced this type of behavior before especially when I was nice and cooperative from the beginning. As a first responder, and getting off a long shift , I just wanted my food and their behavior was so unnecessary and not warranted by any means.

Every time I order from this McDonald's they don't get it right and I have to wait in line too long. If I order online the online order is never there for pickup. Or they get it wrong. Don't waste your time I come into this location

You cannot order from a real person. Has to be the kias ask for a manager. She was rude. We'll never go back there again.

I just tried to order thru the drive thru and when asked for the 4 digit code for the app i said yes hang on; he rudely requested the code again. I politely asked for a moment to pull it up. Once I had the code I tried to confirm that he was on the radio and that he could hear me. Silence. No background noise nothing. I provided the code twice the second time louder in case I was speaking too quiet. All of a sudden there's background noise so I asked him if he got my code. He says he did not. I had been sitting at the order here speaker for 4+ minutes when all I needed was time to open the app and get the code. No more than 30 seconds to 1 minute. I returned the energy I was getting from the employee and when my frustration escalated from their lack of attention when I had been polite, joking, and just trying to place an order he asked us to leave. I complied but maybe when someone asks for a moment (60 seconds at most) who can blame me for getting frustrated when I was being ignored. Im just hungry man and this situation could have been avoided if he hadn't obviously muted the mic to the drive thru speaker and was ignoring the information he had requested. Your job isnt that hard. Do better.

The food was mostly good. The fries were fresh. Although the fillet o fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a while... Besides that service was speedy and nice. Would recommend this location

It’s 1:30am and I’ve been in the drive thru for a half hour

I come to this location pretty frequently and dont usually have issues. Today, I placed a mobile order and the food service was bad. The woman at the drive thru would barely talk to me. She had to ask me which drink I had, I had to remind her about my mcflurry and I also had to ask her for my sauces because she didn't put them in there originally. Once I get home I realize she didnt give me a straw, the mcflurry is not only the wrong flavor but it wasnt blended at all, and my mccrispy strips only had three in the box instead of four. To top it all off, none of my items had the monopoly tabs, which is really the reason I chose McDonald's today.
I called and spoke to the manager (I believe his name was Alejandro) who was very nice, apologized and offered to give me my meal again for free. The manager met me at the first window, put my order in for me and asked which sauces I needed. Overall he was great! However, the same woman was working the second window. I didnt check my bag fully right when she gave it to me, but I noticed that yet again the monopoly pieces were not on my items so I asked her for them. She gave me one. I drove off and realized she also didnt give me a straw again, and forgot my sauces AGAIN!! I at least had the correct number of mccrispy strips.
I really never leave reviews but this was an insane experience. I really just wanted my monopoly pieces and I only got one out of this entire experience when at this point I shouldve had 6. Please re-train the woman working the drive thru. Im leaving two stars because the manager was nice and helpful, otherwise this would have been a one star review

I visit to mcdonalds all the time and this was by far the worst experience I ever had in a long time. Placed a mobile order and went to the store when I got to the drive- thru speaker to order the associate told me to give him a sec, so I WAITED 10 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER, thats crazy there were only 3 cars ahead and this was 1 am so the only option was the drive through. When I finally got my food I should've checked everything on the spot I didn't thinking that everything should be good. When I opened the bag the bacon double qtr. pounder that I payed for was a deluxe with like no lettuce, I payed more money and didn't get the one with the bacon. Also overall wait time was almost 20 minutes and all the food was not even fresh, patties were almost cold. All in all horrible mcdonalds and definitely will be avoiding it in the future.

My Boyfriend and I frequent here a lot since it's close to our jobs. Today and the last few times we went we've gotten horribly sick. We gave it one last chance and now we have horrendous food poisoning. Be careful if you choose to eat here.

The have horrible staff, my order is always incorrect. They pretend to use the code #s from the app. I will not be returning and don't encourage anyone to go there.

It's honestly so disappointing going to this place for food because it is impossible for them to get the order right. I know it's McDonalds an you can't expect much but I mean come on. I didn't order the whole menu, I ordered a couple things, 3 hot an spicys,2 creamy chili cups and a coke and all I get is 2 hot an spicys and buffalo sauce. I guess buffalo is the new creamy chili. And to add, the food isn't even warm It's such a waste of money an time coming to this location. I would honestly have better luck with gas station food. Thank you for wasting my time!
They missed my order, and then resent the order to the back of the queue instead of rushing the order. There were 20 orders ahead of me... just bad management. Total time took 40 minutes to get my order
