If I could have press zero star I would have pressed zero star as a general manager for a restaurant I understand that customer service is priority at this location that is completely the opposite very very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at my visit tonight I feel that the entire staff needs to be retrained on how important it is to have the proper customer service especially being in the restaurant industry very sad 💔

First let me start off with the rude manager. Didn't get her name but she was working the evening shift on 11/28.
I walked in with my husband and two kids, I walked up to the manager and asked her for the code the bathroom. She rudely snaps at me and says CUSTOMERS ONLY YOU NEED TO BUY SOMETHING. So I explained how that exactly why we came in, but me and daughter need to use the restroom first. So she then waves her and says FINE THEN. So I AGAIN asked for the code, and she finally says they'll unlock it.
Absolutely no need for the rudeness and drama. I get you probably have a lot of homeless and whatever. But I CLEARLY WASNT THAT.
2nd. My husband had ordered a frappe and they only filled it up 3/4 of the way and filled the rest with whipped cream.
Cheapskates if you ask me, and the fries were old and crappy.

Ok if you’re making this a self serve location then put the condiments where we can get them, as well as the soda fountain. Since your staff will ignore anyone at the counter. They looked right at me and kept walking. Not a Have/how can we help you. Just locked eyes and they kept moving.

The filet o fish was over cooked and not fresh seemed like it was sitting out for a while had to pull up and wait for my food.

This place is not open 24/7. False advertising.
I come almost every week thinking the customers service would change but there is so many times I have been ignored or have to ask for something multiple times just to get it. Workers are sassy and don’t even act like they want to be there. I remember coming into the store one morning and I don’t know if it was the manager at the time or GM but they had kids take a survey and mark everything as if they had a great experience in a great space for a free snack. My issue today is I came in this morning to get a large frappe and they filled they cup mostly with whipped cream if I wanted less drink I would have gotten a medium ( waste of money)

Used code for FRE MEDIUM FRIES with minimum $1 purchase. ORDERED MEDIUMU COKE. RONLY received my Coke. Spoke to the manager who told me that my code was for POINTS ONLY! I told her that if it was for POINTS ONLY, then why couldn't I use another deal. No answer to that. This location is being ran by complete ignorance. Won't be going there again.

The young man rushed me while I was giving my order at the drive thru. They got the order wrong. on top of that, I gave them a number from the app to get a 20% discount and it wasn’t working so the guy told me to go back and try to do it again and when I did that, it said I had already used it which was wrong because it wasn’t accepting it in the first place so I lost out on that. They did not correct that and told us to go through the app to deal with it. Then when I noticed that my order was wrong.I had to turn around, park and go inside cause the line for drive thru was extremely long. I go inside and tell them about the issue and they actually charged me for a burger, when they were the ones to get the order wrong because he had been rushing me. Their service absolutely sucks!!! Will not be returning

Absolutely the worst. I don’t have high expectations, but this is awful. Stand at the register to get napkins and it takes 10 minutes for them to acknowledge you. No one, and I mean no one speaks English. Not sure if this place simply hires the lowest possible qualified employee but I would be ashamed if I owned this place. Ashamed.
