I just left here.
I Came in on a stop from work to use the restroom and order. When I asked for the restroom code the first employee put her hand up, kept walking and said something inaudible then went to the fry station. I stood there and she yelled from the fry station that I need a receipt. I replied I would order once I’m done using the restroom. She kept working and didn’t respond.
Another employee walked by and when I asked for the code she walked to the restroom and opened it.
I don’t understand the thought process here. Why wouldn’t I be able to use the restroom before my purchase? I do this even at home before I sit to eat, it also makes sure I’m eating with clean hands after I’ve been out and about.
When I finished using the restroom and went to the counter to order. Same lady that provided poor service before saw me and kept working. I don’t have to spend my money here - so I left. First you make an assumption, then you don’t offer service in support of what you’re trying to enforce.
Do better. Poor interactions with certain people in the past doesn’t mean you should restrict all customers going forward. It’s poor business practice.

3 times I ordered a smoothie on the app and they weren’t available. No problem, I get it. No refund. They gave me an Apple pie. No straw when I do get smoothies. They have a guy standing with a sign advertising free small coffee with order. Ordered in the app like they wanted but no option for the free coffee and the guy wouldn’t give me one. Said I had to order it (7/3/2025). Drove off and no straw of course. I hate this place but it’s the only thing that’s open.
I bring my kid inside the McDonald for eating lunch. She want play playground, but the working people block the trash right by the entrance, they bring their kids to work and tell my daughter is close. They let their children play in there while they work at McDonald. What kind a service is that? 👎🏼👎🏼

Who ever was working drive thru windows 1 at 520 is extremely rude. How dare you tell me what im supposed to do. I suggest you learn how to speak to customers. Don't have both drive thru lanes open if your only working 1 at a time. The fact I came thru with a simple code and an order for 1 cheese burger and you cuss me out and get mad because I waited at the order screen for 5 plus minutes and you didn't answer and decided to drive to the windows and you treat me like doody is insane. Sure seemed like you were being racist against me. I will be taking this up with corporate

Typical McDonald's. You know what to expect when you go. I like the Double cheeseburger and coffee plus some of the breakfast options like the sausage biscuits when pressed for time. I only use the drive through now although parking does seem available most of the time. The kiosks inside are a pain to use. I've never had a problem with the order here, but wait times can sometimes be longer than expected. The fries are good when hot, but not when they come out cold which they did on my most recent visit.

Thanks for the uncooked fries. Like how the hell does that happen AND I ordered a mocha frappe and I know the person ahead of me got a frappe as well tell me why mine is caramel? Like they just poured in the previous customers order into my blender. For 10 bucks for 2 things, I expect

The employees are great but they really need to do something to control these high schoolers who flood the place and have no manors to employees or other customers. Reaching over the counters to mess with the printers. Calling employees names because they are asking for their receipts. Crowding the pick up counter and not getting out of the way so you can receive your order. Other places limit the amount of high schoolers allowed in the building at one time, maybe they should adopt that rule too.

Truly poorest service. Ignoring customers. I don’t blame the employees. It’s obvious they are short-staffed and over worked!
I didn't receive more than half of my order I stood in line way too long needless to say this is McDonald's fast food restaurant total amount of time from drive-thru point to finish point was 21 minutes. They did not believe me when I told them about my food even if I had a receipt to clarify everything they said that my food was in that item. Point blank and a story didn't give me any other options to handle my situation still

A Mexican Latino, chubby man at the drive-through who doesn’t understand English very well and he has now gotten my order messed up twice in a row. It seems like he’s always irritated or not in the mood to do drive-through.

I thought that it was a very nice Place to bring your family and friends, to sit and eat while your kids give you a break and play on the jungle gym. But all and all. Its a good place to go to get something quick to eat, or feed the crew of about 10 people.
