One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible service.
They literally just need to hire a few extra people, and then everything else wouldn't be so bad.
Last time I went, they didn't know about my pickup order until I asked them. They looked at the app on my phone and told me I went to the wrong location. I drove to the location they told me I should have went to. At that location, they showed me that the first location was in fact lying and it was the proper address. Instead of driving all the way back again, I sent messages to corporate. Corporate didn't care and told me that I need to contact the store manager on my own.

They dont toast your bread anymore. They also dont fill your drinks all the way and sometimes the orange juice is watered down. Sad.

i ordered a smoothie with my meal today and this is how i ended up getting it after the girl had already tried to play and pretended to “forget my smoothie” now i work in the food Industry and i understand rushes can be hard but you get paid to do this shit so do it

Come here often for a quick meal no issues before expect for the past few times I’ve come. First time my order was missing a sandwich so I come back and tell them that and while they were remaking the food I could hear the manager talking about me to the employees in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand but I let it go. Second time (just now) I put in a mobile order, sandwich was wrong so I take it back they remake it and it’s wrong again so I go inside and talk to the manager who told me he’d fix it right away comes back after one minute with the same sandwich that I was given the second time just with the toppings scraped off (I could tell because of where the pickles left a mark on the cheese). As I was leaving I could hear him in the back talking to the employees about me in Spanish as well. Needless to say I probably won’t be around to this location. Yo tambien trabajo en comida rapida y como hacen las cosas aqui no son profesionales.

I ordered an apple pie on the mobile app then I decided I wanted to get some ice cream to put on top of it so I ordered an ice cream cone about 3 minutes after I ordered the apple pie as I was walking to McDonald's. I arrived, went inside and told them that I had two mobile orders, told them my name and the lady said oh you had ice cream and I said yes. Then I told them i ordered an apple pie and the guy said that he set it on the counter, kept pointing ☝️ at the counter saying i already set it here and you already took it. I told him that i just got here and he looked at me crazy. After 5 times of me saying i didn't get my order, to the point i was about to dump out my purse to prove it to him, he huffed and puffed and grabbed me my pie. I was kinda shocked that he set it out cuz usually they keep it behind the counter until you say the name on your order to prevent theft. Anyway, it was very clean inside and the apple pie was hot and the ice cream was the size a cone should be, not too skimpy. Overall it was an enjoyable a la mode and i would go back.
