This is the worst location in Denver. Absolutely terrible service. Lack of communication exists. No integrity. I would rather drive 20 minutes to ANY other location than go to this location. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I was not happy with the conditions of this McDonald’s location. It was not very clean or pleasant.The floor, tables, and chairs had some trash and spills on them. There were also some homeless people in the restaurant, who were using the seats, couches, and restroom. They did not bother me, but they made the place look crowded and messy. I requested that one of the tables be cleaned and an employee did clean it promptly.I placed a table order but the order was called out and left at the table. The medium coke was 2/3rds filled with ice so I effectively got a small coke instead. I think this restaurant needs to improve its hygiene and appearance. I hope the owner will take care of these problems, or else lose customers. I do not think this restaurant is a good choice for anyone.

This was the worst experience I have had at McDonald’s. The customer service was very horrible. The food was horrible. I asked for napkins and ketchup they would not give it to me. The manager was very rude. I can’t believe that McDonald’s employees would treat customers the way that they do this store needs to be reevaluated.

I typically can count on enjoying a McDonald's double cheese burger, but the burger yesterday had a very bad taste. I only took one bite and threw it out. Believe me when I say I am NOT a picky person. I eat anything that is set in front of me. But I know bad meat when I taste bad meat! I was so disappointed.

At 6pm this evening I stopped by this McDonalds to use my survey BOGO sandwich receipt. In case you have never done this, it's survey you fill out on the website and it gives you a code you write on the receipt to give you a buy one get one free sandwich. They were extremely rude to me and told me they do not accept it. They shut the window on me after I showed them what the receipt described about the survey. They didn't want to listen at all. One of them actually was folding my receipt to keep it and I asked for it back. I told them I would go to the other McDonald's about a mile away. They gladly took it. I would like to know the owner's name and let her know that this happened.
Got a much needed coffee, exactly what I needed. It tasted fresh and was nice and hot. Fast

Just got off a hospital night shift and went here to get food. Was ignored by staff for about 5 minutes and heard nothing but Spanish talk in the and could see Spanish speaking employees. Had to get an employees attention, when they did come over I was rudly told "you can use the kiosks to place order" I said I had a code and was told "kiosk will take code". They don't so I walked out, will not use this McDonald's again unless English speaking staff is working.

Have been coming here for a while. Went to the drive through the other day...ordered my usual. Double cheeseburger meal. When asked to confirm order, I notice it's a two cheeseburger meal. I say, no, would like the double cheeseburger meal. She says, we don't have that. So I say, maybe the McDouble (both of which are on the screen, in front of me). She again says no...you can have two cheeseburgers. I say...I'm looking at both these options on the menu. She says...you can ask my manager, at which point I left the drive through. Their website (and menus) have the McDouble and double cheeseburger listed. So I drove down the street to the new Wendy's....where they even let me order no tomato's.
