Good food cheap price

Drove through, so atmosphere is irrelevant.

I’ve had inconsistencies before at fast food, but I’ll say whoever worked tonight provided me the best Big Mac I might have ever ordered. I thank you.

The food is good, my main complaint today is the fact that no chocolate syrup was put on my mocha frappe.

IF/when I decide to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an iced mocha beverage, in a large size as well, I would hope they could take the couple seconds to put the chocolate syrup on it that it comes with, when putting the whipped cream on. Or at the very least, an explanation as to why there is no chocolate syrup.

Previous visit(s) complaints:

The atmosphere inside is never comfortable to say the least its normally dark inside especially in the mornings. 95% of the negative opinions I have about this Mcdonalds, comes from the woman security guard that usually works in the mornings.

I've thought about working here and immediately decided it was a bad idea due to this woman.

I do not wish to talk ill of her, she does her job well, but she also takes things a step way too far. Mind you, the area this mcdonalds is in is a bit dodgy, one cross street is colfax and the other is literally littered with trash and people who have no problem walking up to your car and asking if you want to buy drugs, so I understand the level of security that might be needed to uphold standards here.

That being said, i gave it a few visits to actually make my opinion on the woman security guard to give the benefit of the doubt before posting to let the world know.

First, she is very negative from my perspective, she doesnt make any effort to be friendly, even to the customers. She way she talks to people, is demands, not polite requests.

I've seen a woman park in the curbside spot, walk inside to where i was currently at, and the security guard immediately told her she cannot park there, and the woman let her know that her order was originally curbside but it wasnt working on the app so she came inside. And she scolded her, and said that she needed to move immediately because it was impeding their work area. Even though there were other curbside spots open and she was still trying to place an order and be a paying customer. The customer even responded by asking why she was so angry with her for parking there for a few minutes.

A simple solution would have been to politely ask her to move the car as soon as possible. Not to scold the customer or demand her to do things.

Another instance, a man was parked next to me, it seemed to me he was scrolling on the app getting his order together, when the security guard walked up to his car and told him to leave immediately because he had not walked inside yet. She didn't even ask him why he was there or anything. The man left and she followed his car and made sure he left.

Shes also stared out the windows to the parking lot to the point ive felt very uncomfortable before.

These are just a few things. By all means, she does a good job at her job, but needs to treat customers with more respect.

I hope if she sees what i have to say she can take it as constructive criticism. Because if she could learn to have more respect towards people i would come inside more often, and feel comfortable enough to even apply for a job at this location. Even my roommates and neighbors all agree about the atmosphere because of this woman.

Thanks for reading.

Make sure to always double check for sauces you order, 90% of the time they will not include sauces even tho you ordered it while in drive thru line. Also many homeless pll around the building.

Kid-friendliness: CHECK YOUR CHICKEN!! They are giving spicy chicken in place of regular. Don't let your children suffer the same as my daughter.

The staff fish for reasons to ignore you as they're too heavily dependent on the kiosks. You can tell hardly any of them want to help people upfront.

This is probably one of the worst mc Donald in Denver and the workers are extremely rude. The machine wasn’t capturing the buy one get deal this morning when i got two sausage Mc muffins and when i called them are they were upset like it was my fault. Granted it was only two dollars but still i want to pay what is advertised not trying to take anything that isn’t. Avoid this location

This McDonald's gets my order wrong EVERY time. I guess that's what you can expect when the employees taking orders in the drive-thru can barely speak English. And I dare not go inside, on account of all the homeless who will without fail ask you for money or food, or both.

The security scrutinize their customers and makes the atmosphere very nauseous.

They confirmed my order at the first window and I told them I didn’t want spicy but they still gave me spicy. Really topped off an already terrible day. Now they won’t answer the phone. Never going back
