We stopped by here for a quick meal before going to Molly Brown museum. We are family with young kids and the neighborhood was very sketchy with so many homeless people so I would say it's not a good location to visit your children. The security officer was so gentle and sweet to us. He got napkins for us when I tried to clean the table and opened the door of the bathroom. The employees were good but looked very tired and I don't blame them! This must be a hard location...

Kid-friendliness: It's a bit chaotic with unhoused people and it can get very crowded and loud so I wouldn't really go in with my kids if it's hectic.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic so people do struggle coming in and out if on a wheelchair or walker.

Security has a tough job here. They have to weed out the customers for hamburgers vs the ones for drugs. What to do if they pick up both? I couldn't find a safe place to just download their app, but eventually it was served by a patient woman and the food was actually decent for McDonald's.
