I always go here for lunch.And it's always very busy but i've never had an inaccurate order. They work like a well oiled machine

There’s nothing fast about this fast food place. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes just to order even with only one car ahead of you. Think ordering through the app will cut your wait time? False. Be ready to wait 10+ minutes when you arrive.

This particular McDonald's does not have trash receptacles outside. So if you decide to eat in your vehicle. After you're done you have to go inside to throw your trash!

I have been here 5 times and they have messed up every time
It was a horrible experience. I ordered it to come to my car. I waited 12 min, then went in. It was chaotic and I asked a few times about my order. First, I was told they are getting it. Then, I was told they didn't have my order. Finally after another 10 min, they just thrust my bag of food onto the counter with no apology. I asked a couple other customers if it was always this bad and they said, yes it was. Avoid this location!!

I went on Thursday 8/21 with my 3 year old and place an order. As I took 30 min to receive my order everyone else that came after me continued to get there food. I went up to the counter and told the older women working that my food still isn’t ready and my kid is getting hungry. With no remorse we grabs my order that was sitting there and says here you go. The food was cold and I didn’t get any sauces I ordered. When I went back to the counter I asked for as many sauces I ordered she said they weren’t free and didn’t come with any of my meals. I told her it offered it free when I ordered it as a side. She then refused to give me 4 sauces unless I paid which one was for my happy meal. They continued to speak in Spanish and talk about myself saying I was dumb and don’t know what I was talking about. Little did they know I understood every word they said. The two older ladies definitely need better customer experience and shouldn’t assume that speaking in Spanish about their guest because they might understand the every word.

I visited the McDonald’s at 3790 Quebec Street in Denver this afternoon and was very disappointed with the experience. I placed a simple order: two cheeseburgers with extra onions, two large fries with no salt and cooked well done, and a Coke with light ice and lemon. Unfortunately, the entire order came out wrong.
The cheeseburgers had no onions at all, the fries were overly greasy and heavily salted despite my request, and the drink was not made as ordered. On top of that, the service at the drive-thru window was unpleasant. I asked for lemon and was told I would be given it at the second window, but when I got there, the girl snapped, “we don’t have lemon here,” in a really nasty tone. I was also told I would get a receipt at the second window, but I never received one.
This isn’t the first time this location has made these kinds of mistakes, and I’m really irritated. All in all, poor service, wrong food, and terrible customer service. I hope management addresses these issues so customers can have a better experience in the future

They never have sundae caramel
Let me tell you gabby and tee i believe are their names best with service the rest of them need to be fired slow service only like dealing with they kind of ppl,they dont care for others as they do for they own.. Really u happy when gabby isn't there or other lady...please owner make that mcdonalds better I love mcdonalds my favorite but on Quebec near home depot very and I mean very unsatisfied with everything except for for gabby,with out her yall fall apart..

Horrible!! There was no one in the drive thru but me and 1 other person.. we sat there for ~5 mins waiting for someone..
Plus I waited longer at the window and nothing came out fresh or correct..
Chicken was so dry nothing could save it..
I asked for no salt & it was like they added extra to everything..
This location is ridiculous..
They stay getting orders wrong
The food was alright, however The service was horrible. We got in here and we’re told we are only allowed to order on the kiosk and there’s no personal interaction with the customers whatsoever. I was here 20 minutes waiting for two sandwiches and they still forgot one of them. They get mad if they are told They forgot something and treat you as if you are not a paying customer. There is no option to dine in only to take out, and that doesn’t feel very welcoming. Bring back the personal interaction because these workers assume that they don’t have to talk to us at all, and it’s literally their job to be customer service
Visited this location multiple times throughout my stay at the Renaissance hotel. Horrible service. Had to investigate the delay each time I ordered from the kiosk. Food still wasn't fresh, despite the mysteriously long wait!
