I don't know what's going on with this location lately, but the employees have become so rude. Today they refused to honor my rewards points, I had to show them my code several times in the app, after they had already asked for the code when they took my order in the drive-thru. And then they told me it was going to be 15 minutes before it would be ready. Imagine tripping this hard over a free chicken sandwich.

No one takes your order. You have to go to a machine to place your order. And if you pay cash, they dont make your meal until you pay but there is no on to take the money. Then claim they are too busy to take orders. I will never comeback. The only great thing about this place are the other parents and thier kids who were all so nice.

if your not Spanish they could care less about you. They don't even bother to greet you or anything .m I watched them sit around and talk Spanish to each for 5 mins before she bothered to take my order and still no hello

Staff are rude and don't speak English or act like they don't, ice cream machine is always not working.
They won’t give you the monopoly pieces you pay for they will always pocket what you get I bought 6 items in the app I made sure they were monopoly game compatible they all had the logo and they only gave me 3 I noticed they did this when I bought breakfast for my employees they all wanted to play and only 2 of the 7 got their peels!
