This was the worst experience at a Mc Donald’s that I have ever received in my life.I was told to park. Parked. Employee in blue button shirt yelled & waved for me to come walk over because she had my order at the pick up drive thru window #2. Does Mc Donald’s allow for customers to walk thru the drive thru ever, especially when there are multiple cars in line & moving? Then through the pay drive thru window #1 the manager in the white button up starts yelling at me to walk in the drive thru as well to pick up my order after parking me after I drove back around because there wasn’t any parking. Our entire order was incorrect. Poor food quality, awful customer service, incompetent management, rude. I think training is in need by this staff at the 4475 Peoria St. location.

I'm a big fan of this McDonald's! The restroom was incredibly clean and the service was quick... It did take 15 or 20 minutes but the lady helped and apologized for the wait. With a lunch rush... Very Great service and keep up the great work!

Seriously get with the program and extend breakfast this 10:30 am breakfast is the stupidest thing ever I can’t explain how angry it makes that overweight pieces of trash are already eating McDoubles at 10:30 and I can’t get breakfast past 10:30 am at least untill 11:00 am it’s so dumb bring back 24 hr breakfast like I hate whoever changed the breakfast times. 0 stars

This location does better than most at providing fresh fries. That alone deserves at least 4 stars! But they also have a weird rule about no ice cream after 11pm. Isn't ice cream popular at night?
After waiting for 20 minutes for our food, half of it was COLD and they did not bother to bring any condiments or napkins out with the cold food! We won't be returning!!

The girl at the window handed us out half of someone else's order. And then when we told her that it was the incorrect order. She took the food back through the window and then gave it to the people in the car behind us. It's disgusting.
