Worst McDonald’s ive been too. I utilize mobile ordering to expedite the process, but it doesn’t make a difference at this location. 90% of the time they ask me to park in a spot and end up waiting 5-10 minutes for my food. This has happened so often that now I drive to a McDonald’s further from my house just so I don’t have to wait.

On top of that, they end up always forgetting to add condiments that I ask for even though I put it in my order, and ask again at the window. I know there arent high expectations with fast food but they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here.

Rising prices along with a very negative atmosphere, was yelled at by the employees despite waiting 30 minutes for an order. Terrible service do better.

I’m really disappointed in this store specifically. I work in the area so I go to this mc Donald’s a lot and hardly have any issues. However today just took the cake. I placed a mobile order and they forgot one of my items. I wasn’t far so I went back to ask if I could get the item that was missing and the manager told me I didn’t pay for it. She argued with me saying I needed to pay for it dispute showering her my receipt and made me pay for it again. Money wasn’t the issue but I expect to get what I payed for. Never have issues with the evening shift. Just this morning manager in particular.

May 12th 2025 -- supposedly they close at midnight but as I pulled up at 11:45 p.m. I watched the workers walk out and get into their car as I sat in the Drive-Thru with four cars behind me. We all pulled away when we realized nobody was there to take our order and that the restaurant was actually already dark. They're costing the owner money with their terrible work ethic and lack of any sort of customer service.

At this visit, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct order.And they also help me and my children with extra food.Since I didn't have a lot of money on me.

Waited inside for 15 minutes for 1 McChicken. I left in a hurry to get back to work, had to eat in the truck. The chicken looked and tasted like it was made hours before!

10:25pm and they are closed early, like usual. Google shows they are open until midnight. At what point does a DM or Regional Manager get involved with these franchise stores going against their contracts with corporate and doing whatever they want.

It's Thanksgiving Day and there's a long line at the drive-thru and it turns out they're closed but they left the menus on so the screens are on and it's still asking if people are using the app but then they just sit there. Waiting for somebody to say something so that was a huge waste of time. Somebody really messed up leaving that stuff on making everyone think that they're open and taking orders.
