This is the McDonald’s ever the drinks taste bad and every time I order they mess up the order all I ask for is a double cheeseburger with ketchup only and they can’t even get that right. Also the water they use for the drinks tastes strange and they charged me for a cup of water the last time and that was horrible as well

We just live down the street and when we go there, they are rude don't understand what you are ordering and still mess it up especially when you order something without onions cause you allergic to it and you always have to check, which you shouldn't cause it shows that you asked for it to not be on it. They try to correct it and it still has onions on it but no cheese. Like they could really kill someone by not doing it right. Yes people say then don't order but you know sometimes you just want a McDonald's hamburger

Worst McDonald’s ive been too. I utilize mobile ordering to expedite the process, but it doesn’t make a difference at this location. 90% of the time they ask me to park in a spot and end up waiting 5-10 minutes for my food. This has happened so often that now I drive to a McDonald’s further from my house just so I don’t have to wait.
On top of that, they end up always forgetting to add condiments that I ask for even though I put it in my order, and ask again at the window. I know there arent high expectations with fast food but they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here.

I’m really disappointed in this store specifically. I work in the area so I go to this mc Donald’s a lot and hardly have any issues. However today just took the cake. I placed a mobile order and they forgot one of my items. I wasn’t far so I went back to ask if I could get the item that was missing and the manager told me I didn’t pay for it. She argued with me saying I needed to pay for it dispute showering her my receipt and made me pay for it again. Money wasn’t the issue but I expect to get what I payed for. Never have issues with the evening shift. Just this morning manager in particular.
May 12th 2025 -- supposedly they close at midnight but as I pulled up at 11:45 p.m. I watched the workers walk out and get into their car as I sat in the Drive-Thru with four cars behind me. We all pulled away when we realized nobody was there to take our order and that the restaurant was actually already dark. They're costing the owner money with their terrible work ethic and lack of any sort of customer service.
