Stood in line for 45 minutes. My food was sitting next to the coffee machine the entire time getting cold completely away from the coffee machine. When I finally got loud and annoyed did the kid even look at it

Waited over 30 minutes in a spot for my food. All the employees are just on their phone. The whole time. Even the drive-through employees are just on their phone. Pretty ridiculous.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. The service is terrible and the orders are never correct. I’ve ordered delivery 2 days in a row and both times the order was wrong and what I actually got was old and stale and the nuggets were over cooked and dry. If you’re going to go to a McDonald’s I’d stay far away from this one. Oh and if you call and complain about your order they’ll just hang up on you. Stay classy gvr McDonald’s. You suck so bad. Also the dumbest thing you can do is put ice cream in the same bag as hot food. How ridiculous. Are you people screwing up orders just to get a laugh or are you actually that incompetent? Stop putting cold and hot things together in the same bag!!! You’re melting the ice cream! Common sense!!

Put in an order for delivery through the McDonald’s app. The order was confirmed and didn’t change status for 40 min. We called the help line and it was a call center that couldn’t even get into contact with the location. They also said they cannot help us with anything other than a refund unless the order is an hour late… an hour! To put a time frame of when they can provide a customer options for resolution is ridiculous.

I'm so sick of this location. Ask for fresh fries get cold old fries. Got a happy meal for grandson nuggets were cold and taste like the day before, & cold old fries. No one should have to ask for fresh food! Best thing here was my large HI C.

First I can't sub an egg for sausage in the big breakfast. Then they out of coke, out of coke!! Then they forgot my not one but two egg biscuit sandwiches from drive thru. Had to go back in after my other was getting cold just for them to hand me cold sandwiches. Mcdonalds is definitely bottom of the food chain for choices. But, I was hungry and on my way to work. Never again. Lack of direction, delegating on your employees behalf.

the minecraft meal slays. i got the helmet and im very happy about that. fries were a little overdone and they didn’t give me my nether flame sauce which i feel robbed me of the full minecraft meal experience. 3/5, just average. bonus point because i got the helmet and not a dumb character.
