Did not open at 4am like it says on google (and confirmed by business 4 weeks ago) but opened at 430. Once the did open they were super fast and efficient and food was good. 9/8/24.

If I could give negative stars I would! Sweet tea was old they didn’t even offer to replace it , no hairnets on , rude staff

Dude asked me twice which sauce “sweet and sour” I get on my flight, no sauce. How do you mess up the easy stuff. No ketchup but sauce I can’t eat this dry food

Service is notably bad. I waited in line behind a 1 customer who was ordering for around 4 minutes before my order was taken by another employee. This employee made eye contact to me and stood around for at least 2 minutes literally doing nothing before helping me. The food also took a long while and when it did finally arrive, the fries were cold and they forgot my sauces. This was all around 1:30am

You know people have a flight to catch ? ? ✈ . So actually opening on time would be ideal . Stood in line .ten minutes before hand. Then waited 10 more after they wee supposed to open . Had to leave obviously. Didn't even get to order. The workers looked like they could care less of the growing line ? ? . But oh well

do not work here. there are roaches all in the boxes and they treat the employees horrible here. the managers (concourse c specifically) speak with each other about the employees that don’t speak their language and make them feel uncomfortable to come into work. favoritism around workplace here and the ethiopian employees get special treatment. they mean mug you and try to touch you uncomfortably multiple times. even the managers can’t even take a customers order right. if you aren’t Ethiopian don’t even bother working here because you will get treated poorly. i am a black female myself for reference.
Stood here for 20 minutes for ONE sausage egg mcmuffin seen countless people who joined line after me leave way before I even seen a bag produced people are literally in an airport! Time is everything! 20 minutes for ONE single sandwich no drink no extras?! SMH! AND they don't accept rewards or redeem points!

THIS WAS THE ONE AT THE A CONCOURSE - After me smiling and greeting the order taker, she never acknowledged me nor did she smile. VERY unhelpful and seemed like she couldn’t care less about serving us. As busy as they were you would think the fries would be fresh but they were old, cold, not crisp and were chewy. One of the fry orders was about half full and the other was about 80% full. The person handing out the orders also did not greet me nor smiled after I smiled and greeted her with a cheery good morning. Apparently, customer service is a non-thing since they know they will get customers coming in from the airport and they don’t worry about repeat customers. It cost us $22.40 for two burgers and two fries.

Nuggets weren't as good as normal.
Literally in my almost 50 years on this earth, the absolute worst food I've ever put in my mouth. Ordered a 20 piece McNugget and 10 of them were fine the other 10 were horrible. They were burned so I took them back. Waited for an additional 17 minutes to get my kids their food fixed while we were there for a lay over. The fries were cold and hard as rocks and only about half full. The second set of 10 that I received were worse than the first. They were unaware that I could understand a little of their language (what I could hear) and they were to say the least rude and out of line. I think it's time for a health inspection and visit from corporate. For the price they are charging I expect better than that. If I'm paying a steak price it should be steak quality.
