If you have a meal voucher use the app. Enter the info as a payment card. Cashier told me I needed to print out the meal voucher that was emailed to me from the airline. It's unreasonable that a business in the airport isn't setup to accept these easily.

This is not normal McDonalds food!!!Worse McDonalds food ever. I gave my food back to them. Manager is brain dead. I gave my meal back, did not ask for my money back, the manager was clueless.Get it together or get out of DIA, McDonalds.

Butgers were dry. Fries cold and half filled. Cheeseburgers were suposed to be only cheese, even said on receipt, but had everything but cheese. Only thing right were the nuggets and sodas.

Very busy, very loud, but DOES accept mobile order. I went to this McDonald's as a last resort late at night at the airport. They were one of the only spots open and the line was a mile long. BUT, I skipped a majority of the wait by ordering online on the app. I got my food within 5 minutes, compared to people around me who complained about 15+ minute waits.

Their TV-screen-signage was pushing "Order on the app!". So my family of 4 tried to do exactly that, each on our own phone. Zero out of four of us could get it to work, and we use this app all the time elsewhere. So, we got to start over at the back of the line and order in person. After that everything was fine.

Even though there's a sign behind their head to use the app, they won't allow you to use the app. Sausage McMuffin with egg was somehow cold and the muffin was very stale, and they just opened! Please spend your money elsewhere.

Worst McDonalds of my life. Ordered a Big Mac and ice coffee. They got 50% of the order right, and gave me a Filet of Fish instead. Went to counter, already in bad mood - they gave me a Big Mac which was cold, I took one bite, threw it out and cut my losses. This location should be closed down.

Horrible service. It was a busy restaurant, but had plenty of employees working. Most just standing around. I ordered my food and waited, not a problem because they were busy. As I waited I observed several employees playing around and wiping their sweat on each other. The place was not clean with garbage on the floor. I also noticed the buns that were toasted, staged and stacked. I picked up my order. The food was really bad, cold nothing was fresh. Had no choice but to eat it after paying for it as I needed to catch my flight. As a former manager at a McDonalds I would recommend corporate folks do a check on this place. Bad service, poor food. I hate reviews like this, but this place deserves it.

McDonalds offers a new sandwich at Denver Airport Concourse B — it should be named the McMayo, since it features a quarter pound of mayonnaise instead of beef. It goos all over your hands, napkins and clothes if you’re not real careful. This McD is stellar though for its quick service putting the fast back into fast food… or whatever we think the McMayo is.
