Not 24 hours!!!

Dined there yesterday for breakfast. They were not even that busy but super slow service and managed to get both my and my wife's orders wrong. The people sitting next to us said the same. Looked like total chaos in the food prep area. They don't participate in the McDonalds app or points program either (at least that's what the cashier indicated). Quite possibly the worlds worst McDonalds.....

Showed up at airport at 5 am and although it said it was open 24 hours, it was closed. Please don’t say you are open and in fact are closed.

Coffee was lukewarm at best and was $3.69 for a lg. I realize it's in an airport but come on three times as regular. None of the employees looked very stoked to be there, but I get it.

I haven't been to a McDonalds in over 10 years and this reminds me why.Waited 20 minutes for one large sprite. I kept track after the first 10. It's really not that hard to start filling the cup after you turn around from the register. It takes less than 5 seconds. You don't even have to watch the machine. It does it on it's own.I don't even want to imagine how long the other customers were waiting for their food. The expediting employee was walking as slow as I've ever seen a human move, and was using the physical tickets to keep track of orders.There is a SCREEN. Use it. It helps.I worked this kind of job before, and I know it simply wasn't busy enough for people to be waiting 20+ minutes for their food.

I ordered a plain double quarter pounder with bacon and a few other burger and one 6 piece mcnuggets everything except one of the other burgers and the mcnuggets came incorrectly

As an employee of DIA avoid this place at night! I always get a double QP with no mustard or pickle, they smeared mustard all over scraped it off like i wouldnt know. I ask for a remake and the cook loses it with the manager and then me! Like what the heck? The lady yelled at me and the manager did nothing,

My flight was delayed and I had over 20 minutes to get something to eat. I go to McDonald’s and order a quarter pounder with fries… that’s all. It’s took over 20 minutes and I didn’t get my food because they were “waiting on fries”. Other people that arrived after me were also waiting and getting frustrated and although I am always polite, these employees did not enjoy their job and let it show towards customers. My flight announced last call so I had to go without my order. The problem is that it’s been 4 days of me calling this location and no one picks up… ever. All I want is my refund for the food I did not get. Thanks.

Worst food ever, the clerk was dumb, I asked if I could get a splash of sweet tea on my unsweetened tea and he said it was all the same then argued when I tried to explain to him, my cheeseburger only had a piece of cheese on it nothing more. Don’t waste your time!!

While getting food here on a school related trip to Europe the employees were rude and out of line, the cashier was a new hire(which is fine) however he said barely 3 words to me and I could hardly hear him over the crowds and on top of that when I attempted to tell him I was done ordering the woman training him went out of her way to be rude by asking me if I worked there, to which I responded no, this was an entirely unneccesary response considering my friendly attitude while interacting with them, and to boot they didnt even get my order right, serving me a deluxe QP rather than the bacon QPC I had ordered, even appearing on the reciept.

Relatively fast line to order, but getting the food is a wait and missed several items (like straws and ordered sauce). Dr. P was watered down and fries weren't crispy or salted. Area to sit isn't great either. Recommend skipping this one.

Efficient and great team players at this location. I came here at 4:30am when they re-open, and I saw full of orange juices and coffees at the counter for the breakfast crowd. Counter staffs took customers'orders one after the other one without a break. What a great team!
