A friend of mine is a regular at this location, and was recently subjected to a racist assault by a staff member, who accused my friend of 'not belonging there' and 'not being a paying customer' despite my friend having a receipt and unopened bag of food on the table. The staff member, an older white lady, even jabbed my friend in the back and insisted he leave. My friend complained via numerous avenues and has only received a generic bot response via email.
