My car broke down in their lot, the manager was polite, friendly, and respectful about the situation. I was initially nervous to bring it up but he was more than cool about it. Took a a few hours to get my car up and going and they did not bother or hassle me at all. I want to thank you for your patience, good customer service, and being understanding about my situation. I'm glad I got my car up and going and didn't get stuck longer. I can't thank you enough and I appreciate yall for being understanding.

Refused to make my mobile order because they decided to switch to breakfast before 4am, and I had to sit and wait til 4am to order breakfast. Can’t do mobile orders before then, because they’ll refuse to make dinner, and you can’t order breakfast yet

Definitely don't go here, panhandlers bother for money and drugs. McDonald's workers over charge for the meals and only want cash... Huuummm I wonder why . The number 2 sausage egg muffin combo was 11.58 when it's normally 10.00

The service here was absolutely atrocious. Both me and my friend, who are blind, visited this location, only for the cashier to fail to give me the order number on the receipt so that I would know when it would come up, and failed to direct us to a seat. Additionally, when I wanted a refill of coke, it took her forever for her to bring it back to me. Additionally, the crispy that I ordered, which was supposed to be a spicy one, didn't have much spice to it at all. Additionally, the cashier didn't bother to ask whether we wanted condiments. I don't know what it is with Colorado, and maybe it's not the whole state of Colorado, but so many Denver restaurants have absolutely the worst service I have ever had in any place I have ever lived.

The SLOWEST McDonald's in Denver. Consistently takes them 10-15 minutes to prepare your order, and it's common for them to have you "pull forward" so that their drive-thru clock remains under time.
Unfortunately, by moving forward you basically agree to let them take however long they need to get you your order.
Once you do get your order, it's clear that your order was rushed. Soggy fries, undercooked chicken, condiments missing... What exactly are they doing in there?
The parking lot is overran by homeless who feel perfectly comfortable knocking on your window to ask for food or fenty fold in front of the door to get in to the lobby.
I'm not joking, this is a horrible location to go to. Both locations further, down Colfax will be a better experience. Not by much, but at least you'll be able to get in and out quickly.
