High traffic location it seems. Spills and messes not cleaned. My chicken was dry and overcooked.

When coming to this McDonald's dining to order you have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes before your acknowledgement then another 5 minutes before someone turns around to take order. This is for every single counter transaction. The next 3 patrons behind me experienced the same service. The manager on duty has been here for years, and he was also standing in back making inappropriate, and vulgar comments to his worker who was cleaning the ice cream machine.

The service is always terrible, every time we go they always forget the sauce which we asked for at the drive through speaker, and when we receive our food they never say hi they just look at the screen inside and never make eye contact. And whenever we ask for sauce at the window because they never give it to us in the first place they always say we have to pay extra for them. They are never nice and always seems to be in a bad mood.

The staff at this location is ALWAYS rude! Today has been one of the worst yet!
While I was waiting to be helped at the pick up counter I was taken aback by the girl at the register. I was offended for the man she was helping! I could not believe her attitude, demeanor and the snarl in her lip as she spoke to the customer with pure disgust! My intention was to mention to the manager that she probably wasn’t the best option for greeting customers first thing in the morning. I understand that people have things going on behind closed doors, we never know what someone is going through. So why force her to communicate with the public if she is struggling? However, before I even had the chance to speak to him, he warmly greeted me with “what?” No “good morning “ “welcome in”- nothing! Just WHAT. I replied I’m here to pick up for Victoria. My bag was tossed at me by said manager and the first friendly gal slammed my soda down and said “well-is this yours?” I commented to my daughter how rude the staff is and the girl began to throw her arms in the air and argue with my daughter! I have never seen her before so my guess is she’s new. This is absolutely ridiculous! From managers to crew members-rude-disrespectful-no work ethic and definitely no customer service skills!!
While writing this, another employee was sent to my table with my fries, when asked what the managers name was, he laughed and said “Juan”. Come to find out his name is actually ALEX and the girl is either Janel or Chanel. So, added to my other complaints- they are liars too!!

Employees here are horrible!! Rude & disrespectful. Will serve cold rubbery chicken nuggets like that's how they are supposed to be. All bad, except ice cream. I always love the ice cream

The manager there is hostile and impatient. If he is working the drive thru you can expect ride behavior. He's a lousy reflection on McDonald's and the franchisee, ADDY.
