At first we were thrilled with how fast our orders came out but it comes with a price of constantly missing food or sauce that they make you pay for! They shove the bag in your hands the moment you get to the window, to the demise of getting home and realizing you're missing items. By the time you go there and go back the food is already cold, this has happened nearly EVERY time I have been there. If slowing down means you can check the bag, then please add the thirty seconds of checking it as it is handed from expo/grill to drive thru, this place would be better if the employees weren't rushing like their lives depend on it. I get the location is close to the airport but a lot of locals go there too, please don't leave us in the dust

Great service, a person walks around the restaurant checking if you need anything, and brings you a refill. Food was good as well. Fries were fresh.

Well, my order is easy, but it's already been a few minutes 6 2 be exact since I orders, one hash brown and one large t.This is ridiculous and crazy.How do you take an order that small?And take that long to get it to a person you don't want to act, maybe there would be negative.But it makes you wonder what is going on back there.That nobody's looking or what

They always get something wrong and forget something! 4 out of 5 times we get a happy meal, it's either no sauce, no apple slices, etc. Better service on the mcdonalds in Yampa street.

I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru. Got to the first window and needed to confirm my order again, sent to 2nd window and they asked me to confirm my order again then sent to the 3rd waiting area window. Lady came to the window blurting off a wrong order, then another one and then asked me what my order was. Told her to cancel my order, I was tired of waiting and figured they would give me the wrong order anyway. Tried several times to cancel it on the App and it stated they are in the process of making it. If I still get charged I will dispute the charge with my bank. This location really needs to get their crap together. I really do not think they know how to run that place. I figured placing a mobile order on the app would make things easier but oh boy was I wrong. No wonder McDonalds is going to crap and no one wants to dine there anymore. Basic values have gone seriously down and crashing hard. Hope to see many closed down and other things occupying those spaces.
