Drive through is terrible

The caramel syrup drowned out everything. Tasted like sugar water with a hint of coffee, not a real iced latte. I need caffeine, not a dessert in a cup. Please dial back the syrup and boost the brew!

Rude and ugly looking drive thru service. She was upset with how busy it was. Part of your job. Inside of the restaurant was trashed, dirty, disgusting and it was a reflection of your staff. I know McDonald's sucks in general, but if she can't handle talking to customers have her clean only and not interact with guests

Ordering through the app and still having to wait 20min is overly bad. During my lunch hour and place wasn’t even busy.

Here once again. The monopoly game does not end until midnight today. The last 3 days I’ve gone to get the monopoly tags I’ve received nothing. Front desk told me it already ended. This is just an awful establishment. Everything’s a 1 star and don’t expect anything higher. People are not honest workers in this building.

Terrible customer service

My husband's big Mac had onions on it he is allergic to onions, the manager was extremely disrespectful when I got up to get the mistake fixed. When we ordered 2 additional boo buckets I wasn't told before I ordered that no other boo buckets were offered. One of the managers spoke broken English and it was extremely hard to understand, I ordered to my table and they called my number instead and I have a very hard time walking because I am disabled.

If I can give this place a zero I would my husband ordered a Big Mac no onion because he is allergic and there was onions on there I went to go take it back up there and the manager took it from me rolled his eyes and threw in the trash made me a new one set that he was going to bring it to our table did not we ordered a McDouble in app to be brought to our table they did not bring it to our table went to get two of the boo baskets specifically asked for The Ghost and the cat and the person checking us out said okay so we assumed that that's the ones we were getting we did not overall I would give this store a one the atmosphere was okay the reason why I don't give it a little bit higher is because there was kids but I understand it was just the staff was really rude my husband is disabled and walks with a cane which is why I wanted my sandwich brought to the table so that neither of us had to really get up because we're both disabled and walking hurts very badly.

Had to order like 3 different times at the kiosk, they still left half my order out of my bag - and left me sitting in a spot waiting for the rest for about 20 minutes. I went inside to try to check on my order and no one was there so I just left without half my stuff.
