This mcdonalds is HORRIBLE Went here and sat at one of the intercoms for them to take 4 people from the other imtercom. Then i drove to the window and as soon as the girl opened the window as they took 10 minutes to come to the window. Then the girl working said “Girlll she told you to wait” they did not tell us anything at all. We sat there for 4 cars and then went to the window. We told her nobody came on the intercom and she refuusedd to take our order. She was beyond RUDE we came at 11:30pm tonight. Whoever the girl with black hair that was working tonight should NOT be working in customer service.

Nice, mostly clean McDonald's. They haven't messed up my order yet and I come here often. There's usually homeless people nearby but that isn't McD's fault, just be aware.

Employees went on 10 minute smoke break and ignored my order and told me to go to another McDonald’s after refusing to take my order when they wanted to hide. Probably too high to realize headset wasn’t on. they were not speaking, actually hiding, then rude at the window when I asked if they would take my order now kindly after they Disappeared and I waited till line filled up to see if they closed? She told me to go to the back of the line and I said you’re not going to take my order? After all that time you hid and probably laughed and made me wait? She gave me the middle finger and said there’s another McDonald’s up the road. 1:20am to 1:34am 11/14/2025.
Right back at you. My money or dinner isn’t a stupid game , I don’t think they pay you play games.

This restaurant is not open 24 hours like it advertises. The lobby closes at 9pm and they don’t tell you this until you show up to eat. Waste of time and money!!!

I always order here late after lobby hours, food is always fresh and hot! Can even go through on scooter as long as you have mobile order and they will serve you at drive thru - just pull up to the window, skip the intercom on scooter!

I hate this location. First of all we get to the drive thru the manager is giving us a really bad look like we’re bothering her while she was sitting. Second they ask us to tell them the all order again. Give us wrong items and then ask us to give it back lol? kinda gross. Third We asked for very simple think like a sunday and they put some disgusting caramel into mine, I think it was one for coffee, it was nasty. DO NOT GO THERE
