My order when read back had 2 sprites and 1 Diet Coke. At the pay window the receipt is not given, so i didn't notice. At the next window I told her I was missing a sprite. She said no, I said I packed it at the previous window, he read it back . It's not my failt and I'm not going all the way around again or waiting for a soda that's literally right in front of her to hand me and refill another. Hell , fill another it takes 30 seconds. She argued that she can't and won't, I asked her for a manager. She said she is a manager. I told her she's a bad a manager if she is one and a fucking pendeja over a damn Sprite! I called the restaurant, some guy answered said he's the manager. I explained to him , it's not his fault directly but needs to know who's at the window and what's happening. I will not return for a sprite , nor will I return I this location ever again. The customer service experience for a $1 drink or less has solidified my decision . I will travel to the other McDonalds a few miles away even though I live a few blocks from this one. You just can't teach common sense to some people I guess.

Overall foods great it always has for many many years parking lots always empty because this new drive-thru thing they got going on which really sucks but I love the points employees are very rude

When I was living in my old neighborhood southeast from where I live, I would walk to the Burger King on the corner of South Broadway and East Evans Avenue to get the Original Chicken Sandwich and 10-piece nuggets (later 8-piece nuggets). Now that this place is near my new place, I can walk there and order my two new favorites: McCrispy Deluxe w/ bacon and American cheese and 20-piece McNuggets.

They get everyone’s order wrong all the time. Then they take forever to fix it.. But what do I really expect.
This McDonald's is horrible. Pull up to the drive thru a little past midnight (open til 1am) and they don't answer. Pull around to the window and they are all standing around doing nothing. Directed us to pull back around to order. If I was the franchise owner I'd be seriously concerned as these employees are certainly costing him/her money.
