I accidentally put my order in for the drive-thru and went inside and was literally yelled at by one of the employees he screamed at me that he was just kitchen staff but the lady that was supposed to be running the front completely ignored me the moment I walked in the restaurant. I'm pretty sure they tampered with my food if I could give it less Stars I would.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Both the hamburger patties and bread were dry and hard. They definitely weren't fresh! We won't be back to this location.

Whoever takes the orders through the drive thru does NOT like working there and you can tell by the way she talks to people. I will gladly drive the extra mile to find another McDonald's, just so I never so I never have to speak with her again. Disgusting attitude. Food was amazing.

Coffee is horrible full of Coffee grounds wait in drive thru is not convenient i mean if u want to park 😆 like u have all the time in the world for horrible,slow service then this is your place .
The young manager truly stood out, especially during the lunch rush. The place was packed inside and in the drive line. He stayed on top of everything , He directed his team with clear communication without sounding too tense or overwhelmed. He kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. In the middle of the chaos, he still communicated well with customers and make sure everyone had what they needed. That level of leadership, awareness, and professionalism during such a busy rush is awesome to see first hand.

I know it’s just McDonald’s, so I’m not expecting gourmet food. But when I order through the app and ask for no ice, I shouldn’t receive a drink full of ice. I asked for hot honey and got hot mustard instead. The fries tasted like they were double-dipped in oil instead of fresh. Mistakes happen, but at the very least, remember to put a straw in the bag. If you have the option to drive to the next closest McDonald’s, I’d recommend it. My stomach is paying the price right now. Second time at this mcdonalds and second time disappointed, i will likely never return if i do i will post another review

This location sucks. They have no concept of customer service. The app was glitching and wouldn’t process any form of payment even though I tried multiple times and cards. It told me to go to the restaurant to order, but then it would not give me the code because it said I used one. The lady at the window told me to wait 11 minutes, however, breakfast would’ve been done by then. I asked if there was anything she could do to help of course they can’t. She also tried to tell me that the button that says use in restaurant was only for in the restaurant and not at the drive-through Talk about stupid. And I’m pretty sure that was the manager. I would’ve happily gone inside if that would’ve made the difference of being able to have better service or fix the problem, but that wasn’t really the issue. I left without purchasing. Obviously they don’t care if they get your business or not.

I just did McDonalds on 38th drive through and got a double meat cheese quarter pounder no catsup. Well it got catsup on Both sides . I way to go spaz tard

food was actually awful, the fries are undercooked and cold!! the burgers patty’s are burnt they basically gave me a plain cheeseburger when i had no edits to the order. 0 onions 1 pickle and literally a dot of ketchup..
