I’m a dasher. I waited 10 minutes at the counter while waiting for a pickup. Someone dropped off a bag behind the counter and nobody check on it. Patiently waiting FINALLY someone walks by. I asked if anyone was ever going to help the 4 dashers waiting and told them my pickup number. The manager yelled at me telling me I should have asked them earlier. NOBODY WAS AROUND TO ASK. This manager should be disappointed in their store and the owner should be disgraced.

We ordered nuggets and a burger through the drive through and didn’t receive the burger!
I asked for fresh food and they forgot the cheese on my sandwiches & instead of giving us new food, they just added the cheese to cold sandwiches, and re-fried the French fries instead of making them fresh.

I ordered 1 item for delivery, an egg biscuit. I do not eat meat and they sent me a sausage egg and biscuit and refused to refund my money. I had to charge the order back through my credit card. The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful.
