Casablanca Restaurant (Mecca Grill)

Had three there for dinner, and it was very quiet (on a Sunday night). Prompt service and everything was tasty. I had the Hummus with Chicken, and I'm picky about my hummus, but this was very mild, almost sweet and complimented the slightly charred chicken very well. Also loved the fava beens and the fresh hariara soup. My friends enjoyed theirs as well. So nice to eat somewhere that we can hear our conversartion! I would go back agan - multiple items on the menu looked well worth trying.

I came on saturday 11/30 at 2p.m. because it said it was open
Imagine my surprise when I showed up and it was closed.

I love this place! Excellent Lamb Shank, Schawarma and French Tacos (like a panini of a taco).
Really relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

This restaurant is AMAZING. The food is easily the best I’ve had in Denver. So much flavor and deliciousness and great options too. The hummus is so delicious and the baba ganouj was better than I’ve ever tasted at any other restaurants. I will be coming back here as often as I can! Seriously try it!

I was visiting Denver colorado and I’m Moroccan so I wanted the best place to eat someone referred me this from my Hilton hotel the food was so amazing I order 3 diff type of plates they give a lot of food so don’t over order one plate will be good definitely recommend this place I ate here everyday for my 10 days in colorado amazing food and service felt like home it’s close to star buds dispensary so that worked as well thank you please stay amazing best food in Denver colorado and there deserts omg amazing couldn’t finish my plate it was over filled reasonable prices they not over priced ❤️🙏🏼

I believe that this could be a good restaurant again with trained employees. First, the cook arrived late. It took quite awhile for my food. A phone customer was able to order and pickup before we were served. The was a problem with the hummus so I was served rice and asked afterwards if it was OK. My friend's lamb was tough. Finally, there was something on the containers which stopped me from finishing my drink or taking the leftovers. My friend was OK with taking them. $56, too much for the whole experience.

This spot used to be one of my favorite low key middle eastern restaurants in Denver. Unfortunately, it's gone way down hill. Ever since the owner is not present and being in the restraint the food, service, and cleanliness is terrible. Sad to see. Gone there a couple times over the last year and it's very inconsistent. Food is dry and super bland. Upset stomach after this last visit. Sucks to see...
