The yogurt was good. The white lady in the red Nebraska hoodie didn’t let me use the restroom. She said it was closed but it was 8:53pm , seven min till close. Super rude and short but the teenage girls were very welcoming. Seems like she wanted everybody out but she needs to learn mannerism.
On Sunday, August 10th, my husband and I visited Menchie’s expecting the great experience we’ve always enjoyed. Instead, we were met with an interaction that left us deeply uncomfortable. While my husband was sampling a small amount of a flavor a normal and welcomed part of the Menchie’s experience a female staff member, Lisa, abruptly rushed toward him. Without any greeting, she leaned in close, pointed aggressively at the machines just inches from his face, and in a sharp, condescending tone demanded, “THESE are the flavors,” proceeding to read them all aloud as if he were incapable of understanding. The abruptness, the physical proximity, and the unnecessary hostility in her voice were just jarring and humiliating. This was not a misunderstanding it was a public dressing-down over something as innocent as tasting frozen yogurt. We left feeling unwelcome and frankly disrespected. Do better, Ms. Lisa.
Delicious choices with quality mixins. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is very diligent about keeping everything very tidy, cleaning up everything the entire time I was there
yogurt was delicious, went in today and these 3 young ladies were super nice, super helpful, joyful, funny, and charesmatic. Great experience overall, loved it!
The young Staff is very nice. Yogurt is good. Cost is similar to every froyo place I’ve been to. My husband and I are huge tippers, though I’m not sure why we feel obligated at a self-service place. But we know the service industry is tough so we do our best. Sadly we don’t tip much at this store because of the rudeness we feel from the owner as well. And to read her response to the feedback doesn’t surprise me. Defensive people are that way for a reason.
You have a busy store at a great location a diverse clientele and a diverse Staff you should be kinder to. Kindness goes a long way.
I will continue to support this location because everyone needs a second chance. Hopefully a better experience is in the future.
The froyo itself was really good, but the experience was ruined by the staff. The girl at the cashier was whispering, didn’t speak clearly, and laughed at me in a way that felt really condescending. Super unprofessional and made the whole visit uncomfortable.
Kind staff
After several disappointing visits, this location really deserves all of the bad rap it’s getting. We waited for 10 minutes behind a rope to get to the froyo machines. Is this a neighborhood treat shop or a nightclub? On top of that, the frozen yogurt was not even frozen. This has happened numerous times prior, which I previously attributed to the Summer heat, but frozen is not the word to describe the consistency of how the yogurt dispensed. We ended up leaving on the spot, if I wanted to drink my dessert I would have gone to KungFu Tea next door…
Only Menchies I've been to (or frozen yogurt place in general, or even ice cream place, for that matter) that doesn't offer samples. Dampened the whole experience. Just had to guess what the flavors taste like, I guess. On top of that when we asked, we were very rudely snapped at. The yogurt itself was fine. Will seek desert elsewhere.
The yogurt was honestly mediocre at best, I don’t think any of the 5 of us finished or brought any of it home.
The customer service/old woman in her 50s-60s was the most disrespectful woman I’ve ran into in any retail store or restaurant in YEARS. Literally can’t think of a more horrible experience and things that came out of her mouth we were all in disbelief. If she was a man… it would have went a lot different. None of us will ever be back to this place again. D

I see there are a couple of bad reviews speaking about the owner of this location and I want to say that I have not seen but kindness come from this person.
I have witnessed her twice giving out an item free of pay. She gave my daughter a water bottle for free in one of our many visits.
I do see that there are mostly teens running the store that at times could be more friendly but I don’t mind that.
Overall I would say it’s a good place to stop at.
Forgot to add, during the summer it is a must with both of my kids.
Visiting from out of town. Good frozen yogurt. Expensive. Two guys at the counter were joking around together. Not much attention to customers. Seemed like one of them shrugged when I didn’t tip. Surprised me and my daughter.
As we walked in the owner/manager greeted us with a bright smile and explained how everything worked. She described the flavors, mentioned dietary restrictions and named her favorites. Everything was clean and organized. This place was a delight! We will be back!
Menchi’s froyo is a family fave. Lisa and her team keep the shop clean and the tasty flavors flowing. I would highly recommend stopping in.
Been here multiple times. The last visit will probably be just that, last time. Yogurt is great, always has been. However the attitude of either the manger or owner (not sure of her position there) was poor towards myself and toward one of her cashiers. I asked about samples and she cited covid something or other which a ridiculous excuse now as other menchies have samples. Not a big deal. Biggest reason only 2 stars is Don't scold your cashier in front a store of customers, are you kidding me. Store was busy but not the busiest I've seen. He was removing his till for break or whatever but she proceeded to scold him on front of people. Train your people better and you wouldn't have had this issue. The way she talked to me and her cashier were unacceptable!
