Tried this place out a while ago, and this frozen yogurt is not what I am used to when it comes to good frozen yogurt. The texture was more like an “icee” to me.. Not smooth and creamy. Maybe we received a bad batch?

RUDE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, OLD women short blond hair, parents PLEASE be careful with your little ones, as soon as I turned my back to assist my second child with his yogurt, she went up to my first child and got a nasty attitude speaking to my seven-year-old when she could’ve spoken directly with me and not a child ,she scared the heck out of my 7 year old daughter to the point where my daughter did not want anything to do in that place ,,, she’s really unprofessional. Be safe;) 0 stars

What a great treat, you build your yogurt Sundae large variety of extra toppings. Next door to harkin movies in Northfield center,10 flavors as creative as their tasty. Cheating on a diet made easy. Skip popcorn at the flicks and go in for a treat. Hey 2 pm hungry get you at work, no problem, the deliver.

The place and the staff are both excellent with the exception of an older lady/employee present. I asked her a question and she got bothered by it, I should have just asked one of the teens working there.

I love the variety of frozen yougurts and toppings. The selection of sweet treat toppings to include fruit, mochi and bobba balls definitely makes this place our go to frozen yogurt shop. The customer service is superb! If you haven't stopped by you should.
The froyo is not as good, a bit too frozen. The tart is too sour, the vanilla is not good. Yogurtland beats Menchies by a lot. The toppings are good.

Worst experience! My 5 year old decided last minute that he wanted a cone, so I asked the young male employe to please put it in my order so that it could be weight to purchase it. The very rude lady that was there, who’s I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager was so rude, yelling at the employee to translate for me, that I could not do that, (Assuming that I did not speak English) Not only was she profiling me for my looks, but she was extremely unprofessional and told me in front of everyone that I can have the cone, for free to enjoy it on her for the night, what an embarrassing situation in front of my kids, if I could give a negative star review I would. (Unprofessional, Racist, Rude)

The owner runs a top notch business. Diverse flavors, love the low sugar strawberry. Always clean, trained staff and attentive. I love this place and is a glowing light for small business. By the way, her prices are very competitive.

Stopped in 06-07-23; Very much over priced. We had two partially filled cups with a couple of toppings. It came to $25, really? Note: employees were doing nothing but standing around...5 toppings were out. Very disappointing experience!
