I came here for a late lunch. I ask the lady a simple question and since the layout of the restaurant is very strange, I expect to be sat down. She said with a annoyed voice “ you gotta order over here first” . When paying, it took me like 30 seconds to get my card out because i have a broken wrist. When I looked up she had the most unconvincing and annoyed look as if I was just trying waste her time. I still tipped her because she could’ve had a bad day. Then she dropped the nice act after I paid. She was basically rude. She needs to get better customer service skills. Food wasn’t great. It made my stomach hurt. I hardly ate anything. There’s a Menya down 16th. Way better
Excellent, flavorful food prepared and served quickly by warm, welcoming staff. Portions are generous. Cozy restaurant, perfect for a cold winter day. Simple, modern decor and relaxing music. 10/10 experience!

Ramen and udon have instant package flavor. We even had a stomachache after eating. It‘s all self-service even though I tipped it. Restaurants where employees don’t serve should get rid of asking for tips when paying on the machine. I can’t believe it‘s in the top 10 in the Denver restaurant ranking.
