I was searching the airport for pancakes this morning and I arrived 5 minutes before they done serving breakfast at 11am. And I'm so glad I made it!
These were THE BEST pancakes I've ever had, by far!
Drew, the server was very kind, professional and efficient.
Even tho the place was packed, the food arrived very quick (I have noticed it also in the tables next to me)
The portions are large, and the prices are friendly considering its the airport, and the atmosphere is great.

Croissant sandwich served crushed and cold. There are other options nearby.

Good meal and fast service! We had the filet with the demi glaze, cooked to perfection and the coors light to wash it down was as cold as the Rockies.

Got Scammed. My brother dined in here. He enquired about pricing and was told that as he has applied credit card ,food is free. However, later on after eating he was told that he has to pay and only 28$ was the limit. He had to pay 70$ more due to this scam.

The front desk lady doesn't know what her job is. She misguided me. When I asked her if my card benefits covered everything she said yes everything is free. But when the bill came back the poor server informed me only 28$ would be counted towards the benefit. Felt scammer due to the misinformation about her own job of the front desk lady. Please watch out.

This used to be our favorite spot to grab a beer and bite before our flights. Your recent price changes are insane. Even for airport food it’s grossly overpriced for what you get. Shame on you Mercantile shame! You lost a family of patrons that has enjoyed you from the the time you opened. No mas!

The positive reviews led me astray. Horrible customer service for to go order. Waited awhile to get order taken. Then waited really long time - so long that I finally asked a server to check. They went over and immediately grabbed a to go bag and then handed it to me - obviously it had been there ready for awhile. I asked for ketchup and the server snapped at me that he'd just said he put it in the bag. Note, it's a noisy place and I didn't hear him. The burger was SO dry and salty - horrible. I could only choke down half. The French fries were delicious. Starting off my trip with bad treatment and bad food. But my next stop is Iceland!! But never again at mercantile.

Mercantile has a nice environment and staff, but the food is not great and overpriced, even by airport standards. $18 for a Caesar salad that consisted of romaine lettuce and some croutons, and the grilled cheese that came with the soup was made with American cheese slice(s?) and soggy bread.

Mediocre at best. The salad was skimpy for the price. The wait staff was not great. Took a long time. The atmosphere is okay
