Just wanted to give a shout out for their service. Everyone is human and sometimes mistakes happen and we had a small one happen on our order. We were understanding, but they went above and beyond to get our order to us fresh and made things right. Very much appreciate the communication and their willingness to keep service top notch. We love Mici’s and will always be loyal customers, especially after this! Thank you to their manager and their front of house staff for going above and beyond for us tonight 🙏🏽

Not sure what happened, but pizza tasted completely different than it did a few months back. Previously, it had a nice NY feel/taste. This time, the dough was really big and just not tasty. A drastic difference, unfortunately.
Whoever is cooking for Mici rightnow needs to hang up their apron because this is downright nasty. The sauce is so thick that I can't even separate the noodles. it's an alfredo pasta block. Practically completely unseasoned. This chicken tastes like it came out of a subway sandwich. Your prices are WAY too high for this level of inadequacy. We are unable to eat our meals, and I expect a refund. I'd understand if you messed up. Tell me its gonna take a minute, but don't serve me this. It tells me you either can't tell, which is a horrifying prospect. OR EVEN WORSE, you didn't care. This is incredibly disappointing as Mici was a favorite spot of ours. My pregnant wife was expecting to be able to enjoy that comfort food. Now she's disgusted and unable to eat anything. So THANK YOU for taking over 50 of my hard eaned dollars and serving me a coagulated brick of ancestor offending shlop.
