The places looks great. The menu looks great. The execution of neapolitan pizza is way off...not even close to what it should be. It's a shame because this place has potential.

I had lunch here today and I love the innovation they’ve implemented with ordering on your phone. Just two people running an extremely efficient operation today feeding 30 at lunch all in a short time.I had the Caesar salad and the drizzle of balsamic around the edge of the bowl was a nice touch, delicious salad I also had the Diablo pizza wish had some serious heat to it absolutely amazing. My colleague had the house salad and the pepperoni pizza and his was fantastic as well. Coincidentally I ate at Rustic Pizza in Greenwood Village last night and it was way more expensive and the pizza looked good but it did not taste nearly as good as Medici. Well done Blaine!

Today I ordered the four cheese calzone and a side house salad. The calzone felt incredibly fresh and authentic - the bread is crusty and bubbly on the outside and chewy on the inside, very gourmet and for those craving delicious rustic bread. The cheese combo was complex, melty and delicious. Get a side of marinara to dip the crust in so you can enjoy it all, as there's a large crust. The house salad was fresh, and the freshly shredded cheese and home made dressing was delicious! It's a simple dish, but for $5 I will def get it again. I've had the pizza before and was surprised by the cheese. I prefer a more consistent cheese layer to my pizza. Again, if you like fresh made bread you're gonna love the crust on this pizza. I didn't experience the soggy middle that others have mentioned, but I was a little underwhelmed by the pizza overall. But now that I went back and tried their calzone and fresh salad I will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a dairy allergy or any other dietary restrictions. I have a severe dairy allergy and they were able to make me a bomb pizza with vegan cheese. The drinks were just as good as the food and the servers/cooks were friendly and helpful.

I paid almost $17 for the worst salad ever. The lettuce was not fresh (I think I was eating a bowl of weeds) and the chicken was probably microwaved it was dry! It was right in the middle of lunch and the place was EMPTY! Shoulda been a sign!

People leaving negative reviews are lunatics. Read their other reviews. I rarely review unless something exceeds expectations. Quality services/products deserve recognition. <- Read that sentences two more times.They pizza is AUTHENTIC. You would attest if you’ve been to Italy. Minimal ingredients that are super fresh. Blend perfectly. Not Americanized, so if that’s what you want, order Pizza Hut. I’ve ordered from here at least 6 times. Every time has been A-/+. I drove here last time I ordered just because I had to see the building’s ambiance. No BS. Going to dinner here now.

Sad that this place has so many bad reviews. I'm from the east coast and I'm very critical of my pizza. When I ate this pizza it was so good! Not sure why all these Karen's are pissed at the restaurant. All the workers are very sweet, try it before you knock it! PS if you are scared of Covid in 2022 stay home.
5 stars all around!!! We came for Valentine’s Day pizza and were not disappointed by anything. We order the garlic bread, Greek salad, and The Meats pizza. All were perfect and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and employees were just as wonderful as the food. We will be back!

To be fair, their pasta is very mediocre but their pizzas are amazing.Also, you HAVE TO GET signature Nutella calzone for a dessert. It has the biggest amount of Nutella I've ever seen in a desert but it's really good.Special shout-out for their attitude: they are pretty much the only place in DTC area that stayed opened during all the Covid turbulence. Please, support this place.UPD: as someone who visited this place a ton of times I always had GREAT service. People who work here are super friendly and very accommodating, I just can't get the idea how anyone could be complaining about the service in the reviews below

When I say that I haven't received customer service this amazing in a while, I mean it.There was a small discrepancy in price between what was advertised online and the in store menu price. Blaine (the owner) came over IMMEDIATELY to speak to me about the issue. I don't believe I've EVER had that happen to me before.Definitely recommend!

The owner (Blaine) and one of the chefs (Leo) know what customer service means. There was a discrepancy in price from the website to the in store menu, and Blaine came over immediately and offered to price match. Man, I don't think that's EVER happened to me before.
