Used to be top notch. Now 1/2 the time many of the machines are broken or the flavors are out. Price has become much more expensive. The combination of higher price and worse service is a big bummer!!.

Been stopping by for years for frozen yogurt and it never disappoints. The flavors and toppings are always so good! Recently ordered a Germans chocolate cake and it was delicious, very reasonably priced, and ready on time.

Filthy machines and broken equipment most times I come here. If the outside of the machines are that gross who knows what happens on the inside. Cool concept and this place could get twice the business if the owner(s) took a little pride in the work.

When I went to pick up my cake the shop was hot and muggy and the cashier had the worst attitude. I just asked if she could help bag my cake, which by the way, they put in the huge box when I order the smallest cake they had. She acted like she couldn't help and was rushing me out the store. Also,the cake was dry and I sent almost 50 dollars. Overall poor experience

If I could give negative stars I would. Idk where to start. 1. The place is filthy, floors are sticky, ice cream machines not clean. 2. The staff there doesn't give 2 cents, we waited to pay for 5 mins before finally walking out. Most of the shops in the mall are out of business. Hopefully this place will follow suit so someone can reopen who actually cares because this is a cool concept.

The cupcakes are super heavy! The carrot one should be labeled spice cake due to having no carrots or walnuts in it. Cupcakes are supposed to be light and airy not heavier than a cake. The only good thing is their icing! Horrible and I feel like I literally threw my money in the trash!

A friend brought 3 boxes of cupcakes to a birthday party & holy smokes, sooooo good. Luckily a few people couldn’t make it so I got the extras & every flavor has been excellent. Most places with so many flavors only do a few ones really well; not this place from what I can tell. Everyone loved their choices & I loved the 5 i tried.
