Wow, the strawberry cream cheese fresca tea is amazing.
Tried Milk Tea People and really liked it! The tea was flavorful, not too sweet, and the staff were friendly.
It's like an Apple store served matcha. Very modern vibe, no indoor seating, and no menu personalizations. However, the drinks (hojicha with vanilla creme and lime blueberry fresca) were delicious. Not sure if they were worth $9+ each, but would recommend this spot if you're in the mood to splurge on a fun drink.
The best strawberry matcha latte is here at Milk Tea People! A coworker recommended this place so I ventured to check it out. My navigation kept routing me around the block, so I stopped an Amazon delivery guy to ask if he knew where it was. Thankfully he steered me in the right direction. From the angle in the picture with the red truck the entrance was kind of in the middle where you follow the open area back to the middle of a few buildings. That will make sense if you go there. I love the minimalist, chic design of the shop. Very few places make a good matcha latte. Milk Tea People does it perfectly—not a mix or syrup! Genuine matcha!! If you love matcha, this place is a must. Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent menu & high quality ingredients. They have the best strawberry matcha latte!!
I entered thinking this was a boba shop. incorrect. I love tea, so i bought the iced blueberry lavender matcha. it was yummy. If I returned, I’d try a hot beverage—especially if it’s matcha based.
Simple interior. Nothing wyld. Seating inside are numerous stools; doesn’t give the vybe to sit and sip, so i sat outdoors in the shade. Staff was pleasant.
I honestly have no idea why this place is so hot. Yes, their store looks fashionable and modern, but that’s basically it.
There were only 2 people working and the line is very long. I waited +20 min for my dessert and latte.
No indoor dine-in option, they just have stools inside of the store for people waiting for their food.
As for menu, options are limited.
The food might be fresh, but the taste does not worth to wait for such a long time and eating in a cold weather. I won’t come back again.

We ALWAYS come back for the Jasmine Ube Sweet Cream & Cinnamon Matcha Horchata. By far our favorite drink spot in Denver.
Aesthetic vibe and very thorough with the craft. Excellent concept and very good product.

The service was very good and the drinks were perfect. However, the location was a bit hard to find and parking was not convenient

Portion sizes are very small considering the price point and some of the matchas are bland in flavor.
The owner is VERY nice and considerate. Patrick is also a great guy and will take care of you. They try to make their process as authentic as possible, showing you the entire creation strategy. Small businesses need more support to increase their value so go and support them.

a love letter about milk tea people.
I love drinks and especially teas, I'm the type of person to get loose leaf tea online and make them on my own. Milk tea people is expensive but every time i walk in there i leave feeling like it's worth it, the og crew is always open to questions and giving recommendations, and it's really obvious that they make everything from scratch or take pride in where it's sourced (I'm pretty sure the ice cream is from gelato boy).
when i used to go more often one of the ones consistently taking orders remembered me and my order which was really sweet, and the older man is extremely friendly and will try to get me to try new drinks and get away from my go-tos which has let me find out that i love most of the menu items. i love the environment especially in the warmer months when they open the wall and will bring out drinks to the benches outside.
the drinks here are always so consistent in taste even with using fruit in different seasons, while you can ask for them to be less sweet i find that they are not overly sweet and that i can still taste all the flavors in them, i do stay away from the matcha latte and fruit tea as a latte is mostly milk, just not my favorite for tea and they don't have different options for the base of fruit teas and it's just jasmine. they do really well in brewing so it is not bitter like cheap boba/tea places.
i was able to go again earlier today and i was so happy to get a ube coconut wafchi and a hot vanilla hojicha, while my partner asked for a very unique pomegranate blueberry tea. my partners drink was gone within 5 minutes of leaving as it was amazing. i loved mine aswell, being able to hold onto mine in the cold and eat my ice cream at home.
i paid $26~ for these three items and i was extremely content with my experience
Dietary restrictions: they have milk alternatives, i use oat milk (it is $1 more expensive per drink) the current oat milk i believe is oatly

Awesome staff! Suggested some great drinks. Got the lavender matcha, Fresca, and a dessert. In this cold day, I’ll say I’m satisfied.

Atmosphere here is a little weird. Employees are very nice but the environment feels sterile and there’s not a lot of seating inside for sitting in and enjoying your drink. I got the hot uji matcha latte and it’s fine. The notes are very floral and a little bitter. I prefer a nuttier matcha but this one was still pretty decent.
