Milkroll Creamery Denver

This cute ice cream shop came highly recommended from staff at the Botanic Gardens. Tough to find and extremely hard to find parking.

I went in with my family and couldn't beleive how RUDE and INCONSIDERATE the lady behind the counter was. When we walked in she was too into her phone to acknowledge us. She got short with my 3 year old neice telling her she couldn't have what she was trying to order. Then proceeded to get short with my sister. I finally figured out how to order for a 3 year old who just wanted ice cream and sprinkles.
After we ordered...ice cream was covered in toppings...but just average ice cream. Not worth $10 a cup.

As we were eating a couple came in and ordered. Same lady handed their ice cream over the plexiglass. The whole top toppings fell onto the floor. She wasn't paying any attention just listening to her headphones. The guy said something to her. She wouldn't redo the toppings on the top, and told him there were napkins on the water machine. They walked out mad.

I couldn't believe that is how a company does business!

Parking can be a little tough but we visited in the evening so street parking was OK. Great selection of drinks and desserts with lots of add on options.

Well this place certainly was hard to find because my gps sent me to a thai restraunt a few blocks down. But after i got there i was thrilled with the menu options. I got the love u berry much. My biyfriend and I were the only customers at the time but the cashier seemed like she was not quite excited to serve us, but she did. The younger gentleman making the ice cream rolls was more pleasant and inviting. I wanted to make a change to my order and he was ready and willing to accommodate me since he didnt even start my order yet (the cashier didnt want to, but eventually did when i said I was willing to pay the difference. Which came to be $1.50). He did a great job. Not your average ice cream shop, but wasn't bad. A few of the items that were supposed to come with my rolls was missing but i didnt fuss about it because i didnt think it would have mattered. Maybe it was just not the best day for the cashier, but with that being said i would consider going again to try something else on the menu. I recommend getting the sumo size as it is only $1.50 more and well worth it. Enjoy!!

Was delicious as always! Good flavors and choices! There was construction going on, but it didn't stop business.
Tbh, the construction made it easier to get a parking space since we drove down there this time.

Okay this place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Coming from Oregon I have never had anything like it… they basically hand make the ice cream in front of you. I got the “I love you berry much” and it had a sweet cream base, fresh fruit, drizzle, pocky, and tasted SO good. There was only one employee working but he was so sweet and clearly very skilled at what he was doing. I’m so sad to be going back to Oregon!! If you’re in town, TRY THIS!

There was only one girl working when we came in and it took a long time which isn't that big of a deal. It was good overall but the place seemed like it hadn't been mopped in weeks, especially in front of the toilet. Gross.

Don’t waste your time coming here at night! the night manager closed 15min before!! Didn’t have the door lock refused to take our order!! Manager said he turned off the machine‼️ WONT BE BACK
