Not at all satisfied, they took my order wrong, when I made the claim they changed it and did not fully refund the excess money. Frustrating because when I went to eat it looked unappetizing and the taste even less so!

Very big portion sizes of traditional dishes. Nothing exciting or to write home about, but it’s a pleasant experience here every time my relatives want to go and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but we just picked up a late dinner here and it is far from what it used to be. The fried rice and low mein actually taste stale, or old..? Mings used to have the best scallion pancakes but now they don't even include scallions.. and very flaky, without scallions, obviously the flavor is not there. Good thing they threw in egg rolls, my daughter at least liked those.. but otherwise I'm seriously contemplating taking it all back in the morning asking for my money back, it's that bad!

I called my order and was told to come within 40 minutes to pick it up. I gave several people the last 4 digits of my phone number. They could not find my order. After I asked him what he wanted to do he told me to wait for 30 more minutes. Then he told me to leave. The worst service I ever got. No apologies, empathy or regret. I will never come here again and I recommend you shuld go elsewhere. They do not desurve the buissniss.

Ordered pick-up dinner for the family tonight. My wife pulled out a long black hair from her mouth after the first bite of a dumpling. Very gross. Will not be ordering from here again.

The pork lo mein was ordered via door dash, and in the comments, it was specifically requested for it to be made without peanuts due to an allergy. The food was delivered with peanuts in it. This food was effectively poisonous due an existing peanut allergy. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service & delivery method, been waiting for almost 2 hours they charged my card but still nothing. I Call & they say they use Uber eats to deliver why didn’t you say that when I called & asked if you deliver? I could have. Just used Uber eats 😂😂 this place sucks
