The sweet potato tacos are perfect. The flavor profile is so good! I normally cover everything in cholula or tapatio but this is delicious without any added hot sauce. A normal amount of spicy for me, but if you wouldn’t willingly drink hot sauce for fun, then it might be a little spicy for you. I will definitely try the other locations in town, but it is so wonderful to find a place with multiple vegetarian options in the airport.
Mr. William is the chef here. He has impeccable customer service and whips those tacos up in just a few minutes. Anytime I am in the Denver Colorado airport, I will be visiting Mister Oso for a good drink & taco.
Not sure if things have changed since some of the negative reviews, but this ranks as one of my best airport dining experiences. Food was delicious, fast, and fresh. Employees were super friendly and the vibe is bright and modern.
