Had a hiccup with 2 items, which, were resolved by our server (Maddie) & manager (Joyce), both of which were excellent. Food & drinks were very good. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I love this place. It consistently delivers. The ambience and food are outstanding, and the service is impeccable. Make a reservation...you won't regret it.

We celebrated our son's 16th birthday, and he couldn't stop raving about the sushi! We all thought it was the best we've had in ages. Thanks for the amazing dinner, fantastic service, and a special birthday treat. We'll definitely be back!

Service is awful. Food was good but not worth going for the bad service.

I would highly recommend going to other sushi restaurants in Denver. The host at this restaurant was extremely friendly, But our server was extremely awkward. Most of our food was delicious, and the mock tails were amazing. But the service was awful. And to top it off a few days after dining in, I noticed the restaurant charged my card twice. And when I asked for a refund, they told me just to dispute it with my bank. I had to have three different phone conversations with them leading beyond that they were gonna give me a refund, Before they finally just told me to call my bank and dispute the charges. Their customer service is shameful.

They did text me a $25 gift card
Which I thought was weird. Because I just wanted my money back, I don’t wanna go back to their restaurant….

The food overall is fine, but the urchins are too stinky. Overall, it was too expensive compared to the food quality.

Basic bullshit. It’s not bad but I would support a local spot with slices over this. A mini pizza and a beer was 17 with tip. It’s tiny. Probably not going back…

Good food...nice atmosphere!

Food was absolutely amazing!
Our waitress on the other hand was extremely rude and bitchy. Would come back for the food though !

Love the atmosphere, food was great. It was slow, late lunch. But I'm glad we went. First time. I'd definitely go for happy hour

I came to Mizu with friends while visiting Denver—drawn in by the promise of good food and better cocktails. And in that, it delivered. The dishes were thoughtful, the drinks artfully composed. I came back years later to edit this review simply to ensure I do not miss the true highlight of the evening. Because, somehow, improbably, the true highlight was… after all this time… the bathroom.

Yes, the bathroom.

Midway through our meal, I excused myself—just a simple step away from the table, or so I thought. What awaited me was not merely a restroom, but a temple. A refuge. A small, candlelit sanctuary humming with low light and a quiet elegance. The air held a hush, as though time itself softened within those walls. I emerged minutes(?)—maybe more later (I can’t remember I was unemployed at the time)—and my friends looked at me with concern, wondering where I had disappeared to. Little did they know I had been in good hands, wrapped in a kind of gentle luxury that whispered rather than shouted (like the man on his bike who rode by the establishment moments earlier. He shouted a lot).

For the first time in my life, I left a public restroom feeling not just cleaner, but somehow renewed. Like I’d stepped out of a spa disguised as a washroom, carrying the calm with me back into the mundane rhythm of the dining room. Sometimes think I can still hear the clinking glasses and shattering plates.

My only complaint? Every bathroom I encounter for the rest of my life will fall short. Tragically short.

Thank you, Mizu bathroom. You’ve raised the bar to impossible heights. I will never forget you.
