We celebrated a family milestone here and had a fantastic time. The food was amazing, I mean, really amazing. And it was a total experience - from the complimentary champagne when we sat down, to the multiple surprise little offerings between courses and the final gift box of sweets to take home. We each did the classic but would come back and do the chefs tasting. Highly recommend.

Underwhelming barely scratches the surface for this lauded restaurant. Last night my wife and close friend dined at Mizuna. Being greeted by a complimentary glass of champagne was certainly a great start but that’s not enough to tip the scales in any meaningful way. The scallops were tough, chewy and certainly not the texture of something one might expect from such a revered establishment. I’m told the sea bass was equally mediocre. The touted short ribs were so fatty that after one taste the plate was pushed back into the center of the table. Anding to their dining dismay their plates were bused before they were finished. While the waitstaff was the shining part of their culinary experience having the same poorly cooked items served a second only added insult to the injury of their dining experience. YES the dessert was the gold star of their evening out and hopefully the small box of breakfast treats we hope to enjoy now will be worthy of similar praise.

For the $$$$ Mizuna might be your second, third or even fourth choice for a Denver culinary experience.

We did the tasting menu and the food and service was amazing. They greeted us with glasses of champagne to celebrate our event. The courses came out at the speed we requested and we left stuffed! Incredible experience- highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic culinary experience.

This was my second time coming to Mizuna. The first time, I felt like the food and overall experience was absolutely outstanding. This time, I was quite disappointed with the food! My black cod was fairly bland and the sauce was overly salty. My sorbet trio was very mediocre. My husband's beef wellington was also just okay. I was quite disappointed!

We enjoyed our 3-course Classic menu experience. The wine, food, and service were excellent. The only hiccup was the duck was too rare for us and sent it back to be cooked more. All-in-all it was worthy of a repeat visit sometime in the future.

It was a pleasure to dine at Mizuna. The best service I have experienced in a relaxed, but active atmosphere. The food, let's not forget, is center stage and phenomenal. Eating at Mizuna has been an occasion worth looking forward to and remembering. My thanks to the staff all around.

Thank you for a beautiful evening. Antoine, Michael, Erika and the employee with the scissors whose name we didn't catch, especially. Yet, ALL staff beyond meticulous. Public apology to our brilliant server, Antoine, who I tipped my less than refined hand in numerous ways. Please accept my apology for utter rudeness after such a BRILLIANT night and meal. A restaurant absolutely demonstrative of how and why someplace may become an anchor in community. Truly, an experience beyond delicious courses. So much appreciation.

Mizuna was quite the experience, both culinarily and socially. I reconnected with a special someone for tonight .. along with it being my birthday. We both were greeted with outstanding customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left... and I mean that quite literally. The staff made the experience extra special by constantly checking in on us, refilling water, great chats and personalities ... the ambiance? Amazing. A great intimate, date night experience. And the food? Those 9 courses??? Also amazing! My date and I felt extra special knowing this isn't just a one time thing, Mizuna provides excellent tasting experiences year round and truly, we will be back.

What a phenomenal experience my husband and I had tonight! First off I should say we have never experienced a dining experience like this before and we were not sure what to expect, but we were blown away from start to finish! As we first walked into the restaurant we were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcoming from the host Lana, who kindly sat us at our table. Immediately as we were sat we were greeted by Adam the bartender with a glass of champagne! I mentioned I was pregnant and couldn’t not drink and he immediately apologized and offered me a sparkling nonalcoholic champagne. My husband also ordered a cocktail and Adam was very thoughtful and made me a mocktail (actually 2 different ones) both were absolutely delicious. After we were settled in that’s where the fun began. The Head chef Michael came to the table and introduced himself and explained the menu along with asking us if we had any dietary restrictions, or didn’t like anything specifically. We ended up going with the Chefs tasting menu to get the full experience. Each course was brought out by the Head chef or a staff member and was explained to us in detail of how he came about the dish itself along with how it was made and the ingredients. From the mini plates to the main course to the mini dessert to the main dessert everything was made with passion and love for food! My husband and myself are both very blown away from this whole experience and very grateful for the way the staff and the entire team worked together to make this an unforgettable experience that will never be forgotten!
