mmm...COFFEE! Paleo Bistro

This is actually my favorite coffee place I’ve ever been too. I’m here right now, so happy to have met these lovely owners Jamie and Derek—sad because they are only around for another few weeks :(((((((Bought a lot. The best chai I’ve ever had; both the pb&j muffin and the chocolate; a cookie. Sportea.And I love this outside sitting area. Fantastic service and great coffee. The woman at the counter was super upbeat and helpful. She even gave my friend free syrup after she had already drank a sip of her coffee. It's a true hidden gem in denver.

Awesome that a store is paleo-focused. I wish there were more!Also, to the person who left a bad review due to Covid- just because you’ve bought into fear mongering thanks to the media, doesn’t mean the rest of the world should have to as well.
