Food is great, staff is awful. Asked the waiter to fix a double charge on my bill, he told me I didn't have to be so aggressive. All I asked for was for him to fix his mistake. When he realized he didn't know how, he called a nearby manager for help and told her I was being rude to him.

Love that MOD has vegan options. That can be really tough to find, especially for pizza. This time I got the thicker crust and it was super delicious, highly recommend if you're a crust connoisseur.

I placed a pick-up order for seven people, but it was nearly 20 minutes late. Normally, I wouldn’t complain and would rate 4 to 5 stars because the manager tries to provides good service. However, this delay occurred during work hours, affecting my team’s productivity.
Went to order my favorite pizza only to find out they were out of basil and tomatoes. The girl at the counter got exasperated when I had to figure out what I wanted. The tall gentleman was very nice

Absolutely LOVE Mod Pizza. Perfect spot to customize your own pizza if you want. They have plenty of toppings to offer and it’s always delicious. Mod is also surprisingly inexpensive.
