The food is always fine. My issue is with the service. All of the employees were generally friendly, however the individual with gray and purple hair, was not. The side my pizza was arranged on did not have ham, so I asked the other station—where this individual was working—whether I could get the topping from that side. She snapped “the toppings are exactly the same.” Which obviously was not completely true since the first station was out of some of the toppings including the one I asked for. I hope she has a better day!

The person in charge of packaging/boxing the pizzas is definitely not paying attention to the orders, even with the name and correct order on the ticket, he gave out the wrong orders. Had to drive back and waste an additional 30 mins of my lunch break.

A delicious barely there crust with all the toppings you want for one price, plus a scrumptious snack cake and other sides. A good selection of drinks (both bottles and fountain drinks). Best of all the service is quick and the food piping hot if eating in the store.

Was in town today and decided to stop at Mod Pizza! My first visit to Mod Pizza was very nice, Kaylen was very helpful and kind, he suggest me the combo meal that ended up being around $14! The soda machine was having difficulties the day I visited, but the Esa gave me a bottle instead. The restaurant looked like they needed more staff, however, felt bad for them. I'll have to bring my family here next time!

Mod pizza has been our go-to pizza spot in Denver for years. We usually go to the Lowry location since it’s close to home. Went up to Northfield to support Mcauliffe middle school this time. What a mistake that was…waited over 30 minutes for two pizzas and a salad. We get all the way home only to discover that our Mega pizza was burnt to a crisp and borderline inedible…the fact that they served this to a customer just shows there’s zero quality control here. We will definitely not be coming back to this location again.
