The staff here is shockingly rude, which is especially disappointing in the hospitality industry. Instead of acknowledging customers or saying something like “I’ll be right with you,” they just ignore you. Service is also incredibly slow. When I asked a simple question while ordering, the woman at the counter responded with a condescending and sassy “What?”—completely unprofessional.

Super disappointing experience with this location tonight, I ordered extra black olives a spinach on one of my pizza, completely missing the spinach and very little black olives. Both pizzas I ordered were undercooked and hardly topped. They also smashed the sauce containers into my pizza. Staff was also very non responsive, completely ignored me when I told them to have a good night on my way out and no one had the decency to respond. This simply isn’t how you do business. I will actually never be returning to this location anymore as it is worth driving the 40 minutes out of my way for better service at their south lands location. I placed an order 40 minutes before they closed unlike the people who were walking in right as they closed. I understand if it was an inconvenience to make food at 8:50 pm but I don’t understand why the quality dropped so low for this order. I ended up grabbing pizza from Walter’s on pearl street snd tossing the sad excuse they gave me.

Salina is amazing!! She made my pizza Exactly how I like it. I came in right after the lunch rush, and my food allergies were taken such great care of. She went above and beyond to ensure there was no cross-contamination. Salina is food allergy safe, and the team has a great role model!

While my experience wasn't a negative one, there wasn't anything that felt great about the restaurant. The pizza does come out relatively fast, but it has the quality of what you'd expect from fast food. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest and nothing stood out about the service. I'm probably biased, because I've had far better pizza.

Very very very bad I been to the other mud pizza in Northfield and they where wonderful. Any ways got to the one in Lowry and I order my pizza and he tells he can’t add an ingredient that I normally do and he’s not even wearing gloves 🧤 to put the other stuff on it then we go sit down and we can’t help to hear the manger doing a interview and he starts to talk about weed during the interview wow how sad never again coming here

Well we ordered for delivery. Not only was our pizza icecold the delivery person had there whole family with them and our food was i. The lap of a women. Worse experience ever. We are over Mod Pizza and very dissapointed
