for $3.50 they give you a big pile of arugula with pesto dressing. probably the best deal in the airport. the banh mi sandwich was also good. i was happy to have healthy food for under $20

Great blackened mango chicken. Its always consistantly fresh and tasty. I also enjoy there soup selection. My favorite eatery at Dia. Handsdown, if your looking for healthy and tasty.

This is the worst modern market locsiton I have ever been to, but still not a bad value for airport food. The food was not that fresh and the chicken did not taste the way it typically does from modern maeket. I might come back again but only after trying the other nearby resteuranuts.

I chose Modern Market at the airport because I have dietary restrictions and hoped they could accommodate them. However, every time I try to explain what I cannot have in my salad, the staff become visibly upset. I understand it may be extra work, but I am only asking for small modifications, like no beans or corn.
This time, I ordered the Baja Blackened Chicken Salad with those simple modifications. When I returned my bowl because it still contained the items I asked to remove, the cashier became very angry, threw the bowl away, and handed me a new salad that still included the items I had requested not to have.
It’s disappointing that a restaurant that promotes fresh, customizable meals makes customers feel unwelcome when trying to follow simple dietary needs. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience

I am a fan of going to Modern Market when I want a quick and healthy bite to eat. I assumed this location would be at least of similar quality to other ones I’ve been to before but that was far from the case. I ordered the Seared Ahi Salad and I was amazed at the lack of quality and care. First off, the salad just looked unappetizing and like it was just thrown together. Nothing was really seasoned or anything and the ahi was super cold like it was just taken out of a fridge. It tasted decent though. Service was pretty good with nice employees. Atmosphere is a little depressing there. It feels like a prison dining hall.

My flight was delayed meaning I wasn't likely to have time when I landed to find food. Google search recommended Modern Market. Alex took my order and was incredibly accommodating. This will be my go-to stop when I'm passing through Denver.
