Always love Modern! I eat here a few times a week. Modern starts me off right. Best in DIA Concourse C. I eat dinner here all the time. Finally had breakfast. I keep finding new reasons to love Modern Market. Their new dishes are very delicious; I love that the menu is always changing, but they keep their classics. It’s exciting every week when I eat here. This is how I start my work week, with a great meal! Always delicious. Great!

I always stop at Modern Market when flying out of DEN. The food is fast, but fresh and made with quality ingredients. Great options for breakfast / lunch / dinner.I visited today 1/15 for breakfast and was particularly impressed by James. He was attentive, perceptive, and does a great job anticipating the thoughts and questions that his customers might have. James goes well above and beyond to make our Modern Market experience a positive one.

I was so happy to find this here! Definitely worth the walk. Finally a place that has healthy food options at a reasonable price! My verde plate was delicious and filled me up. The counter person was very friendly and professional, and I heard her answering others' questions. It took awhile to get my food (probably 10 minutes), but that's because they were pretty busy and good food takes time. Definitely recommend!

Modern Market is delicious, healthy and affordable. I cannot recommend the gluten free blueberry pesto sandwich highly enough. Amazing value - feels like this place should be tucked away in a small town rather than situated in a major airport.
