Wonderful, happy welcoming staff. My breakfast bagel sandwich with OJ was delicious, but I thought a bit expensive ($10.50). I would have been happy with $8.00

I ordered online so I could wait outside with my dog. It took nearly an hour for them to make my sandwich. After 30 minutes, I went inside to ask if it was ready but maybe the app didn’t update and the woman at the front register initially refused to acknowledge me, was rude when she finally did, telling me that they were still working on it in such a tone that the manager immediately told her to go to the back. There were multiple lines worth of people that had gone in and come out while I was waiting. When I finally did get my sandwich it was incredibly dry. Why come here when there are other places nearby serving the same food? So disappointing as every person I’ve met in Denver has been amazing until now.

Stop by to get a bagel real quick right before my meeting that started in 10 minutes stood there for five minutes watching a girl sweep the floor that said she’ll be right with me as she slowly walked into the back of the restaurant to grab the dust pan and clean up the seeds on the floor With no sense of urgency. Some people are in a hurry apparently your workers are not. As I walked out the door, I heard oh wait. I guess good health is hard to find good luck. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
It looks like the place was spruce up maybe under new ownership but this location is never a disappoint. I love myself a good hangover bagel.

the original yummus hummus w provolone, cucumber, and tomato was better you guys should switch it back!! still 5 stars bcs the bagels here are so good and the staff is always the sweetest - plus they still make it the OG way for me <3
