This place is fantastic! Bourbon is great, with several good quality choices…and as folks originally from Kentucky, we would know! The space is gorgeous and I would hang out here all day if I could. Bring a board game or cards and hang out in their swanky booths or a table outside for a calmer, more private experience. Or, do what we did and grab a seat at the bar to chat with the bartender, Lilly, who is personable and a fantastic conversationalist. Her knowledge of the different spirits offered and the huge selection of cocktails was fantastic. She was even kind enough to accommodate my partner’s request to slightly change a cocktail, which he ended up loving. I loved my RBG (old fashioned), since it perfectly displayed their classic bourbon.

Shocked this place wasn’t more packed on a Saturday, especially with the reasonable cocktail prices ($7-$15 depending on whether it’s craft or on tap) and lovely interior. If you haven’t been, definitely check it out!

Great little place! The spiced bourbon was my favorite. Lily was an awesome bar tender, we came in with a group of girls for a birthday and she made it a great time, going above and beyond to serve us. She was also very knowledgeable. Will definitely visit again.

Top tier distillery that's made in-house with love and top-quality ingredients. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and Lily is such a charismatic server who knows how to make you feel welcome. I have been a couple of times before and will be back over and over.

My partner and I stopped by to try it out and immediately felt welcomed and loved the different variety of cocktails to choose from. The Draft cocktails were also very refreshing and well priced. We will definitely be back, especially since we won a free drink for our next visit playing bingo!

Highly recommend for bourbon lovers

Stopped by @mollybrownspirits for the first time. Erin was very courteous and friendly.

She brought me a flight of their three Colorado grain-to-glass bourbons, and their version of an old fashioned, which was flavorful, spicy and delicious.

Their standard bourbon was soft, sweet and buttery.
The high rye bourbon (35% rye) is spicy and complex.
The spiced bourbon is Christmas cookies in a glass. Lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and cloves.

Friendly staff! Trivia two nights a week. Excellent crafted beverages with moderate prices. Plan to order food in or eat before going. No snacks available. Plan to try the Frida Kahlo, the Chipeta or the Ginger Grant. All tasty choices.

Bourbon is great, cocktails are well-crafted and customer service is on point. Tasting room is small but cozy, welcoming and comfortable. Overall, go to this distillery. It's local and so good.
