We only had one night in Denver and are so glad we went here. It’s an intimate space with a great vibe. The food is at once familiar and comforting but also innovative and fresh. We loved the pierogis and polenta in particular, and also the golden borscht and lamb ribs. Cocktails were also standouts. The service was professional but fun, and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend for small groups!

My wife and I booked a reservation in advance of our 10 year anniversary and we are glad that we did. The anticipation of trying this highly recommended restaurant leading up to our big night could have easily overshadowed the true experience, but it did not. Molotov delivered on so many levels. I had dinner the other night with my uncle who is not an adventurer with food. The meal was fantastic he keeps talking about the food and how good it was. The last two days this is the first thing he talks about with others. We had the lamb it was fantastic. The picture makes the portion look small, it is not!

Things to consider; infused vodkas, beautiful cocktails and a wine list from small Bach wineries. We had wine but the cocktails looked delicious.
