Great food at a great price but the owners really need to get their front house staff some more help. It is almost always just one employee working their tail off and you can just see how stressed they are. Feel bad for them.

It’s so nice to be able to get Korean fried chicken in downtown Denver. I’m KA and very particular about my Korean fried chicken as I’ve had some amazing 🍗🍗 in LA & VA. Mono Mono doesn’t disappoint. Their fried chicken was on point. The bulgogi nachos were finger licking good (sorry Colonel but this is truly finger licking good). And the $5 huge ass fried chicken bao bun was delicious and filling. And their prices were surprisingly good, especially for downtown....

Walked in around 8:15 (they close at 9) and was welcomed. Jenny was a delight, from her service to her song playlist, my friend and I were impressed. Then let's get to the second star of the show, the food. My friend ordered a Combo 1 while I got the Drumsticks, Crispy wings, and the regular wings tossed in spicy. Everything was fresh, crispy, juicy, and had great flavor. I used to hate on Mono Mono but whatever the cook was doing tonight warranted me to this being my go...
