Hands down the worst poke I’ve ever had. I ordered a spicy tuna bowl and somehow got cooked tuna. Cooked. In a poke bowl. I don’t know who thought that was okay, but it’s not. The fish was dry, the rice was mushy, and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Nothing fresh about it. Total waste of money! Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. 👎👎

Inside the building of the hotel. You order on a computer system that's connected to all the businesses inside.
I really like the Poke, fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend them. Great amount of ingredients and prefect for a meal for two people.

Good variety and decent prices for the value and quality of food. Enjoyed fish & chips, a seafood soup, and a beer, all from a couple of venues within the same ground floor location. Excellent for a group where each has a particular taste and price. All the staff were friendly. Worth a repeat visit.
WATCH YOUR BILL!!! They back in a 22% tip automatically and some other 2% charge. It's a cool concept like a food court. But I was very upset that the person didn't tell our group that the tip was backed into the cost. That's pretty shady and not customer service-oriented. Also, it's a foodcourt-style place. They don't bring the food to you, you clear your own table, you have to clean your own table, so if you ask me 22% is steep for what service they provide.
The place is pretty. But they charge an automatic 22% tip. It seems excessive for a place where you have to order at the counter, ha no table service and you need to go pick up your food at a counter.
The Denver Milk Market is a great food hall, located right in downtown Denver. They have a great mix of restaurants and bars. It is decorated so cute. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating as we stopped for dinner around 8:00 and even though their hours show they are open until 9, most of the restaurants were closed so we ended up just getting pizza, since it was one of the few that was still open.
The rice wasn't cooked. A poke bowl cost $22 after tax and was barely edible. Very disappointed.
We only stopped in for drinks. the food looked amazing but, we just stopped in and had a quick drink.

My husband and I walked here from Union Station. Just 2 blocks away from there. There is an inside area that has many different restaurants, bakeries, and shops. There is an alley way that is decorated with old milk bottles as the lights. I thought it was going to be a little bigger, but a nice little area to visit. There are scooters and/or bikes that you can rent to get around the downtown area.
I love the idea of the concept, but it’s expensive and you need to plan on paying an additional 22% to help pay their employees. I’m all about a nice tip, when I get good service. But, for it to take 3 mins for one of them to box something up, and me to have to give a gratuity for counter service, 22% is annoying. I know it’s difficult to get good help these days, and costs have gone up for all of us. But, you need to be more forward with an included gratuity or raise your prices so people aren’t surprised when the check is higher than expected. This will make me think twice about going to Milk Market versus others, which there are tons of fun places, which many are more accessible, in Denver!! Defined: The main difference between a gratuity and a tip is that a gratuity is a required charge added to the bill that must be paid while a tip is not required and is provided by a customer voluntarily [for good service!]
This place is just as bad as a regular restaurant and no benefits of a food hall. Waiter will come up asking for your drink order before you even have time to look at the menu and interrupt a conversation in the process! I just want to scan the code and order and pay for my own food online. The only interaction I want with my waiter is when they bring out the food. I also wouldn’t mind getting a text message to go pick my food up at the counter but having to deal with the drink waiter is not worth going here. They also automatically charge 20% extra for a tip!!! I suggest you go to a real food hall if you hate interacting with waiters who always seem to show up at the worst moments.
Hate pre charged service fees. Why? No incentive for great service! Order on your phone. They bring it to you? Why any service fees?
Love ALL the food here! The hubs, my sister, and I came last night and it was so easy to get all the food you want at your table and at your literal fingertips. You scan the QR code on your table and begin ordering through Toast Tab. Once you place your order, food is made and brought to you. We ordered chips and queso from Ghost Tortilla, wings from Lou's, fusilli from mano pastaria, and brussel sprouts and irish fries from Ruth's Butchery. All of it was amazing and was plenty for the 3 of us including taking leftovers home. I can't believe I've gone this long before coming to Denver Milk Market!
